Finally got the 66 Stang Convertible today. Packaging was adequate and the product really looks great. But, shipping time sucked...too a long time to finally arrive...over 3 weeks. Be prepared.

The piece looks nice and good quality. Just make sure you order it 2 months before you want it. It tours around Europe after production and then when it got to the US it went faster.

Took nearly 2 MONTHS for the order to arrive, and now I'm being charged and ADDITIONAL $68 in Duties from FedEx. It's not even that great of quality, and I'm now into it for almost $400

If you’re ordering as a gift, be very mindful of timing. While general timelines are listed in the FAQ, it’s easy to underestimate the full turnaround when you factor in custom design, production, shipping, and holidays. I placed my order on December 3rd and it arrived on January 30th. I received the first shipping notification on January 19th, and overseas shipping time itself was expected. From order to delivery, the total turnaround was about 41 business days, including Christmas and New Year’s.

The box arrived pretty beat up and partially opened. It looked like clear packing tape was used but not reinforced on all sides, so the areas without tape ripped open and exposed the product. Thankfully, the product itself was fine.

Overall, I’m happy with the product. I just recommend ordering well in advance or reaching out to the company beforehand if you’re on a deadline.

I ordered December 5, hoping to get by Christmas, not knowing they were not in US, got it January. Should have done more research. Now Fed Ex is billing me for additional charges. No where did I know this! I would not buy again because of this!

absolutely horrible shipping experience. i’m still waiting for my package. i have been waiting a month for it to be delivered. it hasn’t even left the country it is coming from! never buying from this company again.

The order took over six weeks to arrive, and while the product is as expected, the shipping time and communication were terrible. I was also hit with an additional charge from FedEx to covers fees after the delayed delivery. Unacceptable.

El producto es fantástico un coche de F1 muy bien tallado, sin duda alguna sin margen de error, lo malo es los tiempos de entrega y poca información de entrega , mi pedido tardó más de mes y medio y al intentar comunicarse con la empresa es solo por correo y tardaron muchos días para responder, llegué a pensar que sería un estafa, se suponía que era un regalo de navidad y llegó tres semanas después.

I ordered and they didn’t say there was a month delay on orders. After waiting a month I received my order. When I plugged it in it had a short and didn’t work right out of the box. When I sent them a video of the faulty product they went silent with no response or effort to mitigate the issue after spending hundreds of dollars on their product. I would not recommend ordering from this company as they do not stand behind their products and when it shows up and doesn’t work, they will not be there to stand behind their product. This is a scam company that does not care about quality, but only receiving your money .

No communication! This would fix most issues.
1). No communication on expectations on how long it will be from order to received. Takes way longer than expected.
2) Had no idea I was ordering from an overseas company.
3). You will be hit with Customs Duty Tax and Disbursement Fee from FedEx. Again no communication from seller, just a surprise. FedEx states that the sender checked the box to bill the receiver.
4). Message from Anna at PetrolVibes when asked about this: "The bill you received from FedEx is related to customs duties and import taxes. These charges were introduced by your country (USA) starting from September 1st, due to a change in regulations that removed the duty-free allowance for low-value shipments." Again...no communication about this.

Love the product, don't like the business practice. Will not support or recommend.

Looks very nice, matches my expectation. Also asy to mount to the wall.

Purchased December 5th. And I still have not got it. I had to reach out to the customer service department at least four times asking about my package & the status. I would leave a review on the actual product, but as I said I still have not gotten it.

the second order i made, they were a bit overstrung because of a high number of orders and i didn't get an updates nor a tracking number for weeks before asking for an update. after that they kept ne informed and it arrived 2 weeks afterwards. Very nice products. very firendly. the christmas sale just comes with the price of needing to wait a bit longer

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I understand the production and shipping times as I have read in FAQs and an email from PV Customer Service, but it has now been 6 weeks since I’ve made my order. Per PV, production takes 15 business days, with shipping typically taking 2-7 business days... a preselected design, not customized. And now just received an email that the order is remaining delayed till further notice.

I ordered the silhouette in early December for a Christmas gift. I am still waiting to receive it. I did contact the company and they communicated to me that they were extremely busy. They said the product would be shipped out the following Monday. Unfortunately that did not happen. I did get a shipping update today and it looks like it is in transit. Hopefully it will arrive soon and look beautiful.

I wish I could give Petrol Vibes a 2.5 stars… right in the middles. I ordered a $299 neon track as a gift for my son for Christmas on 12/1. I started asking for an update or shipping info on 12/21. After emailing them both in response to their sales emails, and on their email link on their website. When that didn’t work, I started leaving comments on their facebook ads asking if I was ever going to get my order. They didn’t respond to any of emails until it finally shipped on 1/4 and arrived on 1/12. It was packed ok - not good, but not the worst. Unfortunately, when it was opened, there was NO hanging instructions, and 3 of the screws included in the track to hang it had broken from the track and cracked the back acrylic. I am now attempting to get instructions to repair and hang, or a replacement. We’ll see. I hope I can update with better news.
