Why did I receive an invoice from FedEx for shipping?

After waiting over a month for the small Mustang to arrive, a couple weeks later I received a bill from FEDEX saying I owed them $21 for import duty fees. I contacted Aircraftvibes and all I got was an AI generated email saying not their problem. I have found no way to contact them and reach an actual human customer service. Stay away unless you want FEDEX to continuously hound you for import fees. They do not ship for free as advertised.

My husband’s uncle designed the Searey. For something special for my husband I ordered him the medium size Searey silhouette. I live in remote Alaska and I know the delivery would take a long time. It did. But so worth the wait. My husband loves it. The website was user friendly. Smooth transaction. No extra spam emails after ordering. I’m positive we will order again.

I had the C130 product shipped directly to my retired Marine son for his birthday, who worked for 10 years on these aircraft around the world during his service time. He finally received the shipment, saying "this thing is pretty solid; thank you". He'll hang it in his office. My only qualm (not really a complaint), was the shipping info updates, though appreciated, not close to accurate. Original delivery date was posted at April16th. Item was actually received on April22nd, with several emails posting redundant shipping information along the way. Again, this was only a qualm of mine, and as long as I received these notices, I knew the package was being tracked, for which I was grateful. Other than the above, I can't wait to see the product and see what I bought for him. He is obviously pleased.

Never received the product! Please cancel the order and refund my money.

Super happy with the P-51 metal silhouette!!! In fact, it looks even better in person than the photo. This unique art form of aircraft is a great addition for any aviation lover and the workmanship is outstanding. It takes a while to get the product but it is packaged well and lots of tracking information to keep up with; it is worth the wait. I plan to order from them again. Highly recommend!

I was kept apprised of shipping all along the way. My husband was a crew chief on a C130s and was impressed with the detail of the piece we received. I was impressed with the quality of the piece for the price. Highly recommend.

This was a really well done experience. It was leery of the Facebook ad especially from Europe where I have no connections.
Once I initiated contact our communication was very good, I sent photos of my plane and reviewed the design. I asked for modifications which were incorporated and the piece was done and shipped across the pond in a couple weeks.
