Very Poor service
Auto renewed a policy and took the money one week before that date. No communication that the policy was about to autorenew.
I had to call up and speak to an unhelpful agent to get this cancelled. They implied that this was solely my own fault, and that I should have checked in the app.
The app in question is frankly awful. It can display some information about your policy, but to find any useful information you end up having to either use the terribly slow web chat, or calling them.
When calling the team, which I have now done so twice, I twice got a very grumpy person who really couldn't have been less helpful if they had tried.
I would recommend literally any other insurance company over this one. They are neither particularly cheap, nor responsible, and their customer support has a lot to be desired.

CANCELLING YOUR VEHICLE INSURANCE…
CANCELLING YOUR VEHICLE INSURANCE BEFORE THE INCEPTION DATE WILL COST YOU £55 EVEN THOUGH THEIR INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER YOU TO DRIVE OTHER VEHICLES ON A TP BASIS. I took this insurance with them on the basis I would be covered by driving other vehicles on a tp basis, as the insurance company was the same as my previous brokers.WRONG, So within receiving my documents i noticed this, about an hour after insuring, then when I was able to call them i was told a £55 charge would be made as they couldn't find another company. VERY POOR, so please check everything before you take out insurance with them. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND, by the way if the insurance broker Peter Best reads this my policy number PBISP000011, HAMZ10PC01, refers. Thanks for your reply, but it was the same insurance company I had before, I have sent an email to your customer support on 26/9/26, this has remained unanswered except for the part refund and wrong cancellation date as I asked to cancel with immediate effect

Driving Other Vehicles cover is not included as standard on all policies, and whether this benefit is available will depend on the specific policy terms and insurer. As such, we are unable to confirm prior to purchase that this cover is included unless it is specifically shown within the policy documentation.
We would also like to clarify that our fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. As a broker, we incur costs when arranging policies with insurers and through our aggregator partners, and our administration fees help cover these costs. Unfortunately, waiving these fees would mean absorbing those costs ourselves, which we are unable to do.
We appreciate that cancelling a policy shortly after purchase can be frustrating, and we are sorry that you were disappointed with the outcome. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, please contact us via our website and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
