One of the prettiest floral displays I've ever had...

Response from my friend after receiving flowers from Petals Network Australia - 'These have to be one of the prettiest floral displays Ive ever had. Nothing short of beautiful. There does not appear to be a Florist label so whoever you used, can you please review them 10/10'
I'm in the UK and ordered these for my friend at 17.15 BST (01:00 Adelaide Time) for delivery on 30th April; they were delivered exactly as promised and my friend adored them. The flowers were beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Petals Network

DO NOT USE

Ordered flowers for funeral. Didn’t turn up even though they took the money. Offered to deliver at a later date. Disgusting behaviour!!

WARNING

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER WITH PETALS.
I have place an order at 9am on Valentines day with instructions for deliver no later than 3pm. Operator told me that it is not a problem and if they have any issues, whey will contact me in advance. Guess what? Order has not arrived!!!!.... yet at 4.20pm, I receive a text message to say sorry, because the original order has been received after their cut off time, it will be dispatched 3 days later due to being Friday. I kinda wish to have known sooner to find other alternatives. Now trying to get a refund, not to mention that it is almost impossible to get hold of them, it will probably take 5 working days to process. Way to go! that is how you do business. I hope those flowers I ordered, end up at Petals Director's Funeral !!!!!!

Ordered for valentines

Ordered for valentines for my wife from my son and myself. Nothing showed then 4.30pm the day of valentines i get a sorry we cant deliver message.Absolutely hopeless DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE they will let you down

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered flowers on a Thursday morning for a Saturday delivery. On Friday lunchtime had a call to say no courier in Westport to deliver the flowers on a Saturday. Common theme for Petals it seems. Took my money ok but could not honour the commitment they made. From other feedback seems the flowers are a disgrace, they constantly let people down, they don't seem to learn from their mistakes nor care. How are they still operating?
Thanks to Westport New World - they saved the day, made a beautiful bunch of flowers, I paid by credit card and my Daughters partner picked them up.

No flowers for my old mum this Christmas

Ordered flowers for my old mum as a Christmas present, delivery was due the 23rd of December. Here the 2-1-2020 still no sign of any flowers, just like their replies to my enquires.
I have now sent two mails and have had no responce...
75 dollars out the window- Rip off artists- Interflora from now on, at least they can deliver to the correct person on the correct date and cost no more....

AFTER much communication and waiting I was refunded the 75 dollars, so from 1 star to 2.. will not use them again.

Failed to deliver.

Failed to deliver.

Ordered on 21/Dec for delivery on 23/Dec. Order confirmation came through, but no flowers were delivered.
When I discovered this on 2/Jan I called and was offered a refund but no explanation as to why they failed to deliver or contact the recipient.

I won't use petals.com.au again.

Simply failed to deliver or even contact recipient.

We comfortably and accurately met all the ordering requirements for same day Saturday delivery to west Melbourne. Even received an email confirmation but nothing delivered. Atrocious! Money to be refunded but that's hardly a consolation for a failed delivery for a special event, daughter's 30th, a long ways away from our home.

Nasty!!!!

Terrible bouquet that probably cost a fortune. I found them upside down on the doorstep, damaged & very gone past their sell by date. Horrible garish colours! There’s nicer ones at the garage in the bargain bin!!!

Flowers ordered weren’t delivered at all. When I finally realised, I was offered a refund or they’d deliver now(5 days late!) Don’t order from petals. Ruined our birthday surprise for my Mother in law. I wish I’d read the reviews☹️ In my opinion, they should have delivered for free since they made a mistake and made us look uncaring!!

Don't order with them!

I wish I had googled reviews of this company before I ordered from them. My Sister's Mum died and I wanted to send her some flowers. She lives in NZ, I live in Australia. Ordering seemed simple enough, I chose the arramgement I was after and paid the extra $$ for the deluxe arrangement. They were delivered that same day and my Sister sent me a photo of them. I was impressed, they were pretty much spot on with the photo I had chosen....until I saw them sitting next to other flowers she had been sent. They were tiny. I'm talking $20 supermarket arrangement tiny. I was extremely embarrassed. I spent $82. Where was the deluxe? Was that just a generous tip for the florist? I should have gone with my gut and called a local florist and ordered through them. Lesson learnt.

Don't bother with this company.

Last year I sent my mother a top of the range flower arrangement for her 90th birthday. When the flowers arrived they were already wilted and were in such bad condition the following morning they were disposed of. I am living overseas, so didn't see the arrangement and so did not have a photo of proof. Petals issued me a 30% discount off my next order with a one year expiration. When I tried to use the discount for Mother's Day this year it was invalid. I contacted Petals by phone but after a 10 minute wait (calling from overseas, I hung up and emailed) a few days later I got an apology and a replacement discount which also did not work. I contacted the company again and now, 11 days after Mother's Day, I have still not received a response and have not sent flowers. I will now send via another florist. Don't waste your time with this company, they cannot live up to their statements of good service.

Sent most expensive item available for a mothers day gift for delivery PRIOR to mothers day!
The item still not delivered after 4 days , mothersday has now been and gone days ago and still waiting for delivery.
No refund or discount for getting wrong several days in a row.
Do yourself a big favor and do not use this company ever!

Most unreliable service

Most unreliable service, haven't seen such poor service before. I'd given complete instructions about delivering the flowers that just incase no one responds to call or buzzer leave the flowers outside, however they'd taken flowers back to flower shop and said if you want to re-deliver the flowers there will be additional fee and flowers cannot be delivered until next day. It was such an emotional day for all of us and they've completely ruined and then the email responses made it even worse.
Don't spoil your special days by relying on these guys here.

I trust them for a same-day-delivery…

I trust them for a same-day-delivery online shop. But they simply called me around 4 pm and said it is not possible to send it today! It was very important for me to be sent that day, but they cancelled it so late that I did not have time to order from another shop. Do not trust them.
