Ordered flowers and chocs early for same day delivery and never showed up which is really annoying and embarassing. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Will never use again.

Terrible service that wasn’t able to fulfil my order date, but proceeded to delivery 4 days later and has not provided a refund. All of this despite communicating that I didn’t want them to proceed with the late delivery, that they should cancel entirely and that I was requesting a refund. I feel like this company are going to make it very hard for me to receive the refund I am entitled to.

.Ordered flowers on their website to go across Aus, and flowers are nothing like the photo. A lot of the Photos I think are unrealistic for a florist both in style and price.
I understand that florist will make appropriate substitutions for flowers and that is totally ok and I do understand. Would just be easier if there was a few options rather than unrealistic options that not everyone can make.
Didn't even see past google reviews and if I saw this I wouldn't have ordered of their website.
I am sure this company puts your order through a local florist and spends a fraction of what you paid them and pockets the rest
Would definitely recommend ordering directly from the florist rather than via petals. It would be both easier and cheaper for yourself and the florist.

what they supplied was a cheap box of roses, when I complained they said that was the standard box, they refunded $15 but refused to refund the other 20.
How many other people have been charged $35 for a box of crappy roses.

I ordered flowers, a bear and some wine for a friends 40th, and they couldn’t deliver them because of couriers being unavailable. They told me the gifts could be delivered in 7 days if I was willing to wait, or advised I could get a refund. I opted for the refund and went with a different provider who delivered the new gifts without a problem.
It’s now been 10 days since I requested a refund (which they deduct a delivery fee from because someone took the flowers to a courier who couldn’t complete the request), and still nothing.
I’ve been using florists for years and never had this issue - and I was sending flowers during the height of the Delta outbreak without issue and have sent them since Omicron went nuts.
This business is not worth your time. They can’t get it together when other, smaller florists can. Shoddy as.
Incorrect date & poor handling
I placed an order (Ref:xxxx.xxx448 number mostly hidden to prevent tampering with order) on 6th Feb 2022 for a Valentine's Day delivery on 14th Feb 2022.
I paid extra to select the delivery date.
A lady turned up in a small blue hatchback on 13th Feb 2022.
I questioned the lady & she said the the delivery was in her system for today (13th).
I was too surprised to reject the delivery at the time.
After she was gone I noticed that the boquet had been poorly handled & all of the lilies in the delivery had no pollen left. the pollen had been shaken all over the flowers making the boquet look bad.
On top of this the lilies were already falling apart.
As there is no point of contact for Petals during the weekend I am waiting on a response to an email that I have just sent.

I ordered a bouquet of white flowers for my daughter's wedding. It was delivered on time (the night before) but it was truly heinous. The picture on the website was not even close to what I received. I rang Petals first thing on the morning of the wedding and they were incredibly unhelpful and not prepared to assist until I had lodged a formal complaint with a picture of the flowers. The majority of the bunch was spindly daisies which looked like weeds. We had to go and buy another bouquet elsewhere. I lodged my complaint a couple of days later, adding pictures of what we received as opposed to what we ordered. Petals could care less that this created a lot of unnecessary stress on the bride. Terrible customer service. Will never use them again and will also make it my mission to tell others about our terrible experience with them.

We ordered a wreath to the value of $A150 for the funeral of a late relative to be delivered to the funeral home I guess because the funeral was in a small town in NSW. The order was placed 27 Jan and the funeral was Wednesday 2 2022. On the day of the funeral my daughter received an email claiming that the florist could not get a courier to deliver the wreath to the funeral in time and a bunch of flowers would be substituted.
The bunch of flowers is no where near worth the $A150 we paid (plus delivery + tax) for the wreath. Plus our relatives had to go the funeral home to collect it!!
Shabby service and we have been severely duped here in Europe
Way, way, way overpriced
I’ve ordered from Petals several times and have thought they were over priced but this takes the cake. Ordered the bronze 15”X13” fiberglass container for $139.00 plus $30.00 shipping. What a rip off. It’s plastic and looks cheap. $30.00 to ship something that doesn’t even weigh a pound. I think I’m done with this place. Tired of being left feeling like everything is over priced. Won’t be ordering anything else.
What a disappointment!
The flowers I ordered and the flowers that were received are nothing In comparison. I spent $179 and the bunch received looked no more than a $40 bunch. Extremely embarrassed and disappointed.

I would like to say after purchasing the flowers to send to a close family employer who had just lost their mother, then reading the reviews after the fact I was scared they would not receive them.
Was I wrong, I received a call from the family to thank me for the most beautiful display of flowers sent to them and that mother would truly have loved them being an avid gardener herself.

Will never get their services again! Poor communication and flowers showed up 2 mins before 5 pm. Do not interact with them unless you want to be f..ked around. Was told from a receptionist if they didnt hold up there guarantee of same day delivery all you get is your money back. No compensation for wasting your time. Just a “sorry” no wonder they have a 1 star review.

Really disappointed. Ordered before noon and paid for same day delivery. Got called at 4.45pm saying can't deliver today and don't have the flowers I chose. Was for close family bereavement so very upset. Avoid this company.

Useless. I ordered flowers for a special birthday and on the day the delivery was expected received an email telling me they do not deliver to this area. No other option. The company took the order, knew the address and processed the payment. Almost fraud in my mind to take money for a service they cannot fulfil. Avoid.

Spent $168.85 on the always a lady bouquet. Which is white roses and pink lilies in FULL BLOOM per their website. It arrived and all the flowers were budding. A mess of green arrived for my mums 60th. And they took liberty to change the colours of the flowers without consulting me to see if maybe I would prefer something different instead. When I complained photos and all for the comparison of ordered and delivered they said: "we believe the order is to value with good quality blooms" - THERE WERE NO BLOOMS it was closed yet to bloom flowers. Like here celebrate in a week when the flowers bloom. This was pathetic, and the Petals Network should be ashamed of the service and product they deliver.
