No flowers, no reply, terrible customer service
I'm overseas and ordered and orchid ($134.90!) to be delivered to my father's house when he returned home from hospital. The flower never arrived and Petals didn't respond to my first email.
After I sent a follow up complaint four days later they replied, but asked me to confirm that the flowers weren't delivered. There was no explanation for the failure and only copy pasted apology.
The experience left me feeling extremely frustrated.
Pity you can't give no stars
Ordered and paid for flowers for cousins milestone birthday nearly a week before event date. Flowers not delivered. Vendor has no way you can contact them for a timely resolution.

Orderd flowers for mums 70th birthday , a week later they refunded my money , no call , no email . And my mum didn’t recieve flowers , I was very annoyed, they offered me a 30-% discount on next order. I thought I give them another chance . When I put order in for the same flowers that I did the week before and added the 30% discount, they put there price up ??? So really it evaluated to approx 4% discount. I am yet able to contact them . they won’t reply to my 2 emails sent . It’s December now and mums birthday was 19th November . They are a joke of a company and don’t give a crap . I can’t wait any longer and will Go with someone else .

I ordered the designer’s bouquet online from the U.K. for my sister in perth AU , the flowers did not arrive , and I’m currently e mailing backwards and forwards waiting days in between emails being answered 😡
I only read reviews direct from petals.com which were averaging 4 out of 5 I should of read the trust pilot reviews , if I had I would never of used this company and wasted $90 and a lot of time e mailing backwards and forwards , if this company is a scam company it should be investigated for fraud!!!! Don’t order from them
HIGH PRICE FOR RETURNS-BEWARE!
I purchased an arangement from Petals and was extremely disappointed with the quality when it arrived. Petals claims that you can return items, but what they don't tell you is that you will be charged a high price for the return. I paid $150 for the arrangement and was charged $45 for the return. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered flowers for my partner on his last day of military service. I'm overseas so couldn't be there for it.
Asked for them to be delivered before 1pm or cancelled if they couldn't. They replied to my email at 220 and they were delivered at 230 when he was leaving to drive four hours with a completely full car (no room for them). They said there was no mention of the special request!! Yet I spent ten minutes writing the special requests to keep it under 200 characters, ended up being 198.
Flowers were of good quality but the quantity not worth the near $100 pricetag especially considering they won't be enjoyed by him.
Super disappointed with my order, look elsewhere
Took my time looking at all the arrangements available before I chose one that I liked.
I ordered the arrangement based on the picture on the website, it had lots and lots of flowers.
I had to call them to change the delivery date and was told that the bowl pictured on the website was out of stock and they would use a plain bowl and compensate me by adding more flowers in the arrangement, was happy with that offer.
Received a photo of the arrangement that was received and it looked nothing like the picture on the website, nothing.
It was more green foliage than flowers, was so disappointed, so disappointed.
It looked like I had picked the cheapest arrangement available.

Mum lives overseas, so quite upset that she didn’t receive anything from me for her special Sunday.
Will not be using this company again.

Ordered Mothers Day Flowers well in advance and paid the extra to be delivered on Mothers Day. Ordered, paid and all confirmed. Mothers Day came and went - no Flowers... Some Flowers were then delivered on Monday morning- but poor Mum left without anything from us on the day. Very sad. I contacted the Company, not much in way of apology, no explanation but thankfully they did process a full refund. Sounds like one of their Florist partners let them down badly, which in turn means we would not order from them again. Just sad. Suggestion: maybe have your local Florist Partner provide email confirmation (sent to the Customer) that an order has been received and is confirmed for delivery 1or2 days prior - with an approx delivery time (even am or pm before 5:00pm). This would help Customers have confidence in your service.
Ordered flowers for Mothers Day
Ordered flowers for Mothers Day. Was able to select Mothers Day on the delivery date calendar but the next day I get an email advising they can't deliver on Sunday and will deliver Tuesday or Wednesday instead!! How pointless getting a Mother's Day gift several days later. Also extremely disappointed with the quality of the bouquet. They looked like cheap supermarket flowers with more foliage and leaves than cheap flowers!!
Worst option on internet to get your flowers
To be honest, It was very frustating and sad, when my wife found the gift, her face just showed disappointment, old flowers and little witheres, also, nothing to do with the presentation offered on your webpage.

They advertise bouquets they do not have the flowers for and can’t source and blame it on Covid. They knew for some time they could not get the flowers and yet still advertised it without notifying customers that 90% of the bouquet will be substituted. They say if flowers need to be substituted, it will be with the same colour, style and shape well...I got white flowers instead of orange and white. It’s meant to be a tropical bunch yet was mostly filled with Gerberas instead of orchids, was meant to be in a casket type arrangement but was as a bouquet, not sure how they think that was meant to sit on a casket, was meant to have 12 roses at least but had 10.
Emailed a complaint and got back that they changed the substitution rules-wouldn’t elaborate on what rules were changed and how that affects the customer and said that either way, the value was still the same.

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. I order flowers for both my grandmother and my mum for mothers day, as I can't see them due to the Pandemic. My mother received NOTHING! Both lots of flowers were to be sent to the same address and were order at the same time. I have tried calling the repeatedly through the day and have sat on hold for a total of more than 3 hours and still nothing. No answer, no refund, no flower. They completely ruined mothers day and made an already stressful time so so much worse. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

We ordered flowers for Mother's day, we organised it on the Tuesday before mother's Day, was told Wednesday they couldn't deliver on the nominated Saturday so the next delivery date would be the Monday after Mother's day. Comes Monday and I'm increasingly worried by midday that it wouldn't be delivered so I ring to double check, sat on hold for 52 minutes and still no answer. I messaged while on hold to the number they had used to tell me the order was to be pushed back, to ask if someone can help me and to tell me what was going on with the order. They sent back 'promptly' to say the order had been cancelled because noone could make or do the delivery. We had no contact until after I had messaged. I still whilst receiving this message was still on hold. In total was on hold for almost an hour and still noone had answered the phone. I ended up hanging up and had to call my mum to tell her that her mothers day surprise was not going to be showing up. Absolute crap, I'm devastated to say the least. Don't waste your time or money on this company, they don't communicate and with plenty of notice couldn't be bothered to let us know that the order couldn't be done so I could organise with someone else.

I live in USA and selected this company to deliver flowers and chocolates for Mother’s Day to my Mom and sister. The order processed fine and my money was taken only to get an automated message saying they couldn’t deliver on the selected day and would deliver on the next available day (which was AFTER Mother’s Day) that being the case I would have selected a nicer arrangement for less money from a competitor, but selected from them because they had availability to deliver before Mother’s Day. Other florists manage to show delivery availability and unavailability PRIOR to taking your money, but apparently they can’t! Now, if I get a refund it will take a week to get back to my account leaving me with no money to purchase elsewhere

I'm in the UK and ordered these for my friend at 17.15 BST (01:00 Adelaide Time) for delivery on 30th April; they were delivered exactly as promised and my friend adored them. The flowers were beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Petals Network
