Check your order thoroughly before placing
I placed an order on June 12th and it was delivered today (June 24th). I found the ordering process a little bit cumbersome and had to start over many times - but I had the same issue with plenty of other vendors. Information on products wasn't easy to find for what I specifically wanted but the design process was better than most. Adding a team list of names was relatively easy but there's a function to add additional names inline, which you don't seem to be able to remove after; hence the starting over several times when I accidentally clicked that option.
However there was a minor issue - I ordered a number of ladies medium shirts and a single male medium shirt which should have been a large. I contacted them immediately on their main help email in the hope they could make that small correction before going to print but they ignored the email; to date I've not even had an acknowledgement. The order arrived with the medium shirt obviously, which I'll keep but I'm very disappointed that they don't pay any attention to customer care.
I appreciate that with orders like this it's buyer beware and we all need to check our orders, but I think there's also a place for companies to have some grace, especially where there's a clear delay before production (I think they specify three days). As such I won't be using them again or referring them to my clients.
