I couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer. We went back to Burlanes as loyal previous customers for some changes to our kitchen. We agreed and paid for 4 bespoke drawers, they delivered 2 incorrect drawers and then said they couldn't make the sizes we had agreed and paid for, we asked for a refund and they completely ignored us for weeks and then went into liquidation. We paid in installments as they asked in March and April, however when the liquidation paperwork came through it shows that they were advised they were actually insolvent in February so they took our money knowing they wouldn't fullfill the order or refund the money - it's criminal for individuals to act the way they have. They also own another company ARBOR LANE INTERIORS which is still trading and both Remi Fasanya/Wood and her husband Danny Wood are both still directors of that company - DO NOT USE THEM.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! Remi Fasanya / Remi Wood and Danny Wood (Arbor Lane Interiors) should be avoided at all costs. We have had nothing but problem after problem, our kitchen should have been finished and signed off on the 19th January 2024 and over 5 months later we are still waiting for items we have paid for and never received. The design process was appalling. The only good things about this company were Cheryl and Sam who were both amazing at helping us get the kitchen as finished as possible before they were pushed out.

I have given these people plenty of opportunities to right their wrongs but they are not interested in doing so. No wonder their company has closed down.

We moved to a new house and needed a bespoke home office building and installing. I had never used Burlanes before but had purchased bespoke kitchen, utility, bedroom and office furniture from Mark Wilkinson. In terms of build quality I have to say that I found Burlanes to be at least as good, if not better, than Mark Wilkinson. In terms of the installation they were head and shoulders above. Their fitters were neat, today and efficient. They were also absolutely right about their time estimate to install. I am delighted with the results. It was a brilliant service from start to finish, even in the midst of a pandemic, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Burlanes to anybody considering fitted furniture.
