Ordering was simple and the choice of beers is increasing regularly.
This time I ordered the Hawkstone lager and it came quickly.
Have to say this keg is now my favourite it’s a beautiful pint and pours lovely.
Will certainly be ordering more.

Good experience overall, realistically delivery is now two days and not next day (in my area at least).but that is a minor issue, just need to plan better. It would be good if they were better at offering discount codes to customers who buy regularly (hint hint).

Delivered keg on friday, wrong one sent got a cheap cider, emailed and raised a ticket, had an email back asking for invoice no , sent it straight back , heard nothing since but had emails asking how i rated customer service , what a joke

I have been using the beer machine since Christmas. I have tried the delivery or batches of three kegs at a time and the collection of my finished beer kegs. I am extremely happy with the service. I have had no problems what so ever with delivery of new kegs or collection of finished ones. I'm happy with the service.
The beer I have drunk is excellent in taste and freshness, I enjoy using the app on my phone. I recently tried some cider and was also very happy. For entertaining, it is the way to go, or if you feel like a sneaky beer during the week, that's also fine.

The app is easy to use and ordered every easily. Great selection of kegs. The only issues I had were with the delivery service. I didn’t realise that my packages would be shipped in 3 different lots so when I thought I’d changed the delivery date for all of it it was just for one part. It was only once I’d checked the emails from the delivery company that I noticed the 3 different tracking numbers. This needs to be clearer upon ordering

Absolutely shocking service/support. Do not recommend

Love the concept, but you need to make sure the kegs are cold otherwise they foam. Even if you leave kegs in a fridge and put in the machine you need to let it settle once pressurized to reduce the excessive head. When it works its great, unfortunately its not as straight forward as load a keg and go.

The draft machine itself great little addition to the home bar, the returning of the empty kegs leaves a sour taste personally collect by yodel and for 3 app tempts they've canceled the pick up, spoke to customer services they said take it to the shop to replace issue with that is you don't get the same keg deals instore as you do online hence the need for collection. Needs to be looked into. I spoke to customer services and the email I got back was basicly just that, go to a store to return kegs or just wait. Maybe they need to look at another collection service cause the deals online are far better than visiting a store.

I've had my PerfectDraft machine for years and even got a second one for the garden bar in the summer months.

The beer orders always turn up on time - 99% of the time they arrive ahead of expected delivery dates.

The variety of beer is vast now and it offers a great opportunity to try out new brands/types. My next tester is a keg of Leffe Summer and I can't wait!

Express credits are awesome - sometimes I receive the credit before I've even got back home from dropping off the empties!!

Got my order within five days of ordering good service the keg of bass is very good very easy to pour and has a nice head on it

Had no issues with anything really, just customer service takes couple days answer queries.

Placed order and received the following day. I have not used my machine in 2yr due to heath reasons and forgot how good they are, enjoying clean crisp beers that taste as if it’s been served from a pub. Can not wait to try other new kegs that are on offer.

Speedy reliable delivery and great beer. Ordered Friday and received Saturday. The beer is always pub quality and is especially better in a Pro machine which gives much better accuracy of how much is left, works very well with the app and looks good in the kitchen.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs! Bought my father a Xmas present last November which was a perfect draft peroni bundle. It arrived on time but was faulty and on of the glasses were smashed. I have sent about 40 emails at first I tried asking for return replacement and they asked me to jump through many many hoops like taking videos and then they told me they can’t find my order, anyway long story short I ordered this before Christmas and it now nearly the end of April and I have received no further correspondence so perfect draft have stolen £150 from me. There is no customer service number only automated email with bot responses. I’m not sure if I ever emailed anyone real. Quite shocking they are allowed to operate as a business. I now have to go round and leave multiple reviews on different providers I hope no one has to experience this daylight robbery. I paid £150 so they could shaft me. Thanks perfect draft.

Always pick up empties next day ..... and deliver new Kegs next day .
Very happy with PD .
