Excellent Build and Design
I must say the customer service is excellent, I had a slight delay with my delivery, however as soon as customer service were made aware they dealt with the issue promptly.
as for the product it appears to be well designed and constructed. I ordered the pinter and the co pinter. I was informed alomost immediately they had no co pinters, so I was upgraded to a full fledged pinter at no additional cost. the selection of beers is good, and so far the beers taste good. I like a nice ipa and so far I haven't been dissapointed. they have just introduced the lagunitas which is a brand I have drank both here in the uk and in the States. I have yet to try the Pinter version, but I am looking forward to trying it.
I hope they continue to introduce more ipa's moving forward.

Buy it!! Don’t hesitate.
If you’re even slightly curious about brewing your own beer at home, Pinter is 100% worth it. The beers come out incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the whole process is surprisingly simple—even for beginners. It really takes the intimidation out of home brewing and turns it into something fun and rewarding.
What stood out the most for me is the quality. The beers are consistently good, and there’s a great variety to choose from, so you’re never stuck with just one style. A lot of users say the same—fresh, easy-to-make beer with a solid overall experience. 
And honestly, their customer service deserves just as much praise. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick, helpful, and easy to deal with—which makes a huge difference.
Overall, Pinter delivers on both product and experience. Great beer, easy process, and a company that actually stands behind what they sell. Highly recommend.

found the instructions very good and easy to follow. the beers are good quality that i have brewed so far and have not disappointed in taste.

A New Hobby For Me
The ease of use to be able to brew some craft beer, ales, ciders and seltzers at home is truly amazing. Although it's really not any cheaper than purchasing at a local store it is the fun of the process that will keep me at it.

I saw your ad on TV this evening and decided to look into it as a gift for a relative. However, after reading the 1 star reviews, I'm going to pass on this purchase for two reasons. First, your site uses AI to handle claims as if every single claim fits neatly into a box. No one that I know wants to talk to a robot when addressing a problem. Your responses to these complaints are less than desirable with non-sincere apologies. And second, how do I know if my relative will like the beer? There's no way to find out without committing to an undesirable, long term financial agreement. Maybe try to be more customer focused and figure out a way to offer a way to get the customer a free taste or at least a taste of all your beers for a minimal fee. You'd be surprised how that would work to getting more customers.

Great brewery at home
I have brewed whole grain before, and I have never had beer this clear. Very easy to use for an entry level to homebrewing. Small batches and great products. I will recommend it to all that ask me.

Disappointing customer service…
Disappointing customer service experience overall. A personal item of mine worth over $300 was mistakenly sent to Pinter’s third-party returns warehouse. Once received, I was told there was no way to identify, separate, or return the item, and that non-matching items are disposed of.
What was most frustrating was the lack of any exception process, documentation, intake photos, or meaningful recovery path for property received in error. Responses were slow and often felt scripted before escalation to a manager.
Pinter did refund my small order and cancel my subscription, which I appreciate, but that did not address the actual loss. The overall process felt rigid and not customer-focused. I’d strongly encourage them to improve how incorrectly received returns are handled.

I have been with Pinter for a few years now. I had a backlog of presses a year or so ago, and after making enquiries, Pinter were able to supply fresher yeast. I am still working through them, but have been able to pause my next delivery dates due to various reasons.
I find the app useful and is fairly easy to navigate. Pinter continue to develop a variety of beers to satisfy a seasonal change in taste.
