Well and Good, but need improvements on connection testing
I tested the connection and everything went well one day before my exam in my personal laptop. However on the day of exam before 30 mins, I tried to test it and it failed at Camera settings and asked to enable it, even though I granted access. Finally, I have to use my office laptop to test it and it worked well.

I found that the mock questions at the…
I found that the mock questions at the end of the foundation modules were nothing like the exam questions themselves. I also found that some of the exam question covered areas that had not even been discussed in the videos or the workbooks. I ended up delaying my exam for some 6 months due to the time it was taking to study.

Zu viel "Frontalunterricht"
Zu viel "Frontalunterricht". Bei 3 Tagen Schulung wäre genug Zeit gewesen, Inhalte auch in Kleingruppen zu erarbeiten. Die Schulung war offensichtlich für eine Online-Veranstaltung ausgearbeitet, es war nicht erkennbar, warum die Veranstaltung in Präsenz statt fand.
