Taking the exam was an easy streamlined process starting from the verification stage through the final question and submission.

I had a frustrating experience with my PeopleCert proctor during my ITIL exam. The proctor interrupted me while I was concentrating and addressed me in a way that made me feel accused of misconduct. Even after confirming that I had done nothing wrong, their manner toward me continued to make me feel as though I was still under suspicion. This disrupted my concentration and added unnecessary stress.

This is especially disappointing because ITIL emphasizes focusing on value, including the customer’s experience. A proctor’s professionalism directly reflects on the company they represent. An organization that tests candidates on service management should demonstrate those principles in its own service.

I respect the need for exam security. However, once a concern has been checked and resolved, the candidate should be allowed to continue without being treated as though they remain at fault. PeopleCert should review how its proctors communicate and resolve concerns. Candidates deserve both a secure exam and respectful treatment.

Once he exam started, it went on with no trouble at all. Proctor was very helpful and provided guidance as needed.

Scheduling date/time for exams was a little confusing with the timeslot layout. The presentation of the 3 different time ranges (tabs) and then only available timeslots displayed via 24-hour clock and time ranges were grayed out if no timeslots were available. Should have guidance on the page. Proctor was nice and easy to work with. Everything else was easy to follow. I would have like feedback on the specific Q&A that I got incorrect.

The session was engaging and well delivered. The topics were explained thoroughly, with practical real-life scenarios used to reinforce understanding.

Awful in everyway possible. I'm a qualified teacher and their exams are setup to trick you. Why? So you fail and have to pay huge amounts to resit.

Not only that, their website is chaotic to navigate.

Agents are showing online and I've been sat in the queue for 120 mins so far.

Their contact form only allows you to select 4 exams on the form - others like prince, nope.

Having a answers sheet or giving back the rationale would have been nice as it was mock test and now I don't know where I went wrong 😔

It was a great proctored exam experience.

I sincerely hope nobody ever needs a certification through this site because it's the most counterintuitive, stressful, user-unfriendly experience Ive ever had and the customer service, or LACK THEREOF, is a joke.

The company is great because they were able to solve my camera problem nice and the exam was well conducted.

Sorry, the questions are very confusing as they are written down. I took the exam in Italian, I had troubles to understand the meaning, and I am not saying that because I failed the exam. I know it is not possible but I would like to retake it in English, may be better. Meanwhile, review the italian wording please, it is very creep. Thanks, Fabio
