The remote proctoring for the exam was so convenient; however, my experience was pretty bad. This is my 4th remote protoring service this year, and by far the most frustrating. For me, the issue was "Screen Recording Detected." The help desk chatbot was not helpful called into the help desk phone queue, but no one answered. Eventually, I found a workaround on my own (using a third-party Chrome browser) that allowed me to get past the system check and take the exam. Once in, everything was great.

Pretty streamlined and easy to go through the certification process or subscription renewal.

Erstens sind die Fragen auf Deutsch zum Teil nicht zu verstehen, zweitens lassen die Fragen mit "...wohin passt er/ sie AM BESTEN?" eine persönliche Entscheidung zu (subjektiv und daher nicht messbar) und zum dritten werden die Prüfungsergebnisse (Fragen und Antworten) nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Im gegenteil, man solle Screenshots einsenden, um die Fragen bewerten zu können. Seriös ist irgendwie anders.

Application has a good user experience

For my first exam, the Proctor arrived 5 mins late with no prior warning. While I did get my full allotted time, this was stressful. For both exams, the tech test for functionality was different in the first tech test from the one directly before the exam, and there were issues that were not listed in the guidelines. Once in, the interface of the exam itself was very clear and easy to use, and the Proctors were helpful.

This is one of the worst sites I needed to use (ever), because of getting my ITIL Fundation Certification. If the course and exam had not been payed for already I would have quit.

Does People Cert use ITIL principles itself? - From what I've learned, probably not.

- Account Creation -
Creating a user account is probably the worst part of the whole experience. Because:

- You can't use a randomly generated password with any but a very restrained character set (a-z, A-Z, 0-9 and .!? have worked for me)
. (This was solved decades ago and mustn't be problem anymore)

- The Site does not tell you which characters are not allowed. So you have to repeat captchas and sometimes retype your information because you can't send the form.

- Non-Ascii letters in your name like "é,ä,ß,ì" are not allowed, but that was to be expected... until after account creation to complete the profile where the name was required to be in "latin letters" which the mentioned letters are also a part of.

- If you tried to create an account at the end of May, you couldn't because the free contingent of Captchas (10000) was exhausted and just returned a server error.

- The server gave me a 500 error even after successfully registering (received confimation mail)

After finally having an account, registering for the certification exam via the provided link actually worked after the second time I tried (and not receive any feedback of the site that it hadn't worked the first time).

In Germany we would say:"Bruder, diese Seite ist bodenlose Scheiße."

It was a wonderful experience joining the proctered assessment online from home. The way they introduced & guided about the exam and instructions to follow were very good.

Wonderful user support. Very responsive. Had issues when using chrome however, had to switch to edge to make it work.

It was very easy to prepare and take the exam. I totally recommend it using PeopleCert.

The instructions were clear, the proctor was very nice and accommodating.

I completed the PRINCE2 Foundation course with PeopleCert. Their communications were prompt and clear.
The Facilitator of the course was excellent, very patient and clear in the delivery of the course material.
It was an intense 3-day course, requiring students to take in a lot of information. Following the course there are lots of helpful tools available through the website. The video revision sessions were particularly helpful to me.
I found finding information on the website difficult, so recommend bookmarking links to useful information.
The information sent to me about the exam arrangements was helpful, and on the day the proctor was efficient.
Overall, it has been a positive experience and I would recommend PeopleCert.

The test taking experience was very seamless.

Testing was good, but the proctor interrupted me during my session. I understand making sure things are checked prior to the test but don't interupt someone during testing. It could affect there time

I notified PeopleCert in advance that I will not be pursuing the subscription yet you still proceed without my approval. Im so dissapointed.

The staffs are great. But your system is kinda slow. Took you 3 days just to issue a digital badge. That only take an hour with others.
