The examiner was at least 10 minutes late to my exam. I had to use my son's laptop because the exam software was blocked by my company. However, there was a problem with the camera which took nearly 40 minutes to resovle. The proctor was helpful in sorting this out. I now need to move onto my Practitioner exam but can't book the slot for this until my exam pass for the foundation has been acknowledged. Given this is the same examining body, I'm not sure why this isn't automatic.

Very well-developed training material and organised content online. The online proctoring of the exam was very well done too.
As a point of improvement would suggest to also open up taking certification exams from the authorised 'Test Centres', as it is hassle free for candidates

The simplicy how to scroll throught the questions

The process for taking the test was the easiest I have encountered.

Exam user experience was very smooth.

Smooth, guided process to give confidence in set up and clear explanation of exam process and functionality once in the exam.

The exam was different from all the test questions we did. It did not reflect the course at all. I did fail the exam and was very disappointed. The questions were worded in a complex manner which made answering it difficult, especially after 3 days of rather intense training

The platform proves to be clear and simple to use, enabling secure data input

2.5 The platform and instructions were straightforward but the proctor took 1/2 hour to appear. I assumed being an exam the start time would be the start time, but apparently not.
Also £52 for a hard copy of the certificate! Is it etched gold leaf?! Yeah, no thanks.

Awful company would not recommend unreliable UD verification system meaning multiple rebooking of exams

Test site was glitching which lead me to take my test 35 minutes late. I had to rush to finish because of the work and failed after hitting 85 - 90 percent repeatedly in my mocks. Took awhile to load the next question

I took exam and everything went smoothly. When I had a questions I received imediatelly response with very good feedback and solutions. Service desk - exellent.

Mock exam should be made easily available for practice .

Application is not easy to manage with lot of permissions required.

The questions are constructed as any mathematical question; Fritz and Marcus have 2 dollars. Daniel takes 1 dollar away.

Besides, if you think about this whole thing, you will clearly realize that nothing has anything to do with the real World practice. Maybe 5 percent. Why does something like this exist and why do companies get hard bones because of such certifications?

Instructions during the exam were simple and clear. The application used for the exam was very easy and intuitive. The coordinator was very clear.

Good material to study and perform exam

My experience was great because of the ease of the check-in process. This was one of the smoothest proctoring experiences I've ever had.

Good work on time, all the seatings was clear indicated.
