the authentication en control is pretty complex, the proctor didn't have much patience, during the guidance process. English is not my native language, they should consider this by the instructions.

The PeopleCert website is an absolute UX nightmare. Almost every time I needed to find something or complete a simple task, I ended up having to contact customer support. The navigation is confusing, information is difficult to locate, and the overall experience makes me wonder how much thought actually went into the website's usability.

The mock exam experience was equally disappointing. I paid AUD $129 for a PRINCE2 Practitioner mock exam, only to receive a summary of my score at the end, with no opportunity to review the questions I got wrong or understand why my answers were incorrect.

Surely, the whole point of a mock exam is to help candidates identify knowledge gaps and learn from their mistakes? Simply providing a score offers very little educational value, especially at that price.

For an organisation that provides professional training and certifications, I would expect a much better user experience and more meaningful learning tools.

Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience, particularly considering the amount of money PeopleCert charges for its services.

The information provided was helpful, and the process was easy to follow. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend PeopleCert to others.

A frustrating login experience that affected my exam focus

My experience with PeopleCert was very frustrating. I spent almost two hours trying to resolve login issues and gain access to the exam.

Eventually, it turned out that the problem was caused by the browser I was using. Unfortunately, it took far too long before this was identified and I received the right guidance on how to resolve the issue.

By that point, I had already lost my focus and concentration. For an exam like PRINCE2 Foundation, where concentration and clear thinking are essential, this had a significant impact on my overall experience.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but I would expect clearer troubleshooting instructions and more efficient support, especially when candidates are trying to access an important professional certification exam.

I hope PeopleCert will improve its technical support and provide clearer guidance on browser compatibility and login issues, so that other candidates do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.

The exam had the same color next and Submit Exam buttons not to mention the setup was poorly done, would love to collaborate with you to design a new platform for this.

They could use some "Continual Improvement" for their own website.

I didn't notice the email instructions about testing my environment until 5 minutes before my scheduled test time. Caused some last minute rearranging, but all worked well and I was able to complete the exam.

I completed the training of ITIL 4 Foundation and later gave a proctored exam from home. It was my first time to appear for a proctored exam from home. The course content, sample papers, exam guidelines, pre-exam video given by PeopleCert were very helpful as well as comprehensive. The proctor helped me getting connected and ensured all necessary checks are done and I was made comfortable to appear for exam. It was very nice experience. Thank you PeopleCert!

I can say I am very satisfied with the whole process. The proctor was very professional and helpful. I also felt well prepared and instructed about the exam process.

Instructor was great, pace was very good, lots of questions/explanations/tying it all to the syllabus. Materials and book are easy to use, navigate and learn from. Mocks were great for testing gaps in knowledge and to build confidence for the exam. Exam was easy from set up to results.

I tested the connection and everything went well one day before my exam in my personal laptop. However on the day of exam before 30 mins, I tried to test it and it failed at Camera settings and asked to enable it, even though I granted access. Finally, I have to use my office laptop to test it and it worked well.
