However, from a user experience perspective, I found the exam navigation slightly confusing. The **End Exam** button was located at the bottom right, and on two occasions, I accidentally clicked it while trying to navigate using the **Next** button. Placing the **Next** button at the bottom right would make navigation more intuitive and reduce the risk of accidental clicks. In general, the primary navigation buttons should be positioned consistently in easily accessible locations rather than placing the main action in the top-right corner.

Finally, I believe the pricing for a **foundation-level certification** should be more affordable. The current cost is quite high compared with other certifications, which may discourage potential candidates from pursuing it.

Despite these suggestions, my overall experience was positive.

the authentication en control is pretty complex, the proctor didn't have much patience, during the guidance process. English is not my native language, they should consider this by the instructions.

The PeopleCert website is an absolute UX nightmare. Almost every time I needed to find something or complete a simple task, I ended up having to contact customer support. The navigation is confusing, information is difficult to locate, and the overall experience makes me wonder how much thought actually went into the website's usability.

The mock exam experience was equally disappointing. I paid AUD $129 for a PRINCE2 Practitioner mock exam, only to receive a summary of my score at the end, with no opportunity to review the questions I got wrong or understand why my answers were incorrect.

Surely, the whole point of a mock exam is to help candidates identify knowledge gaps and learn from their mistakes? Simply providing a score offers very little educational value, especially at that price.

For an organisation that provides professional training and certifications, I would expect a much better user experience and more meaningful learning tools.

A frustrating login experience that affected my exam focus

My experience with PeopleCert was very frustrating. I spent almost two hours trying to resolve login issues and gain access to the exam.

Eventually, it turned out that the problem was caused by the browser I was using. Unfortunately, it took far too long before this was identified and I received the right guidance on how to resolve the issue.

By that point, I had already lost my focus and concentration. For an exam like PRINCE2 Foundation, where concentration and clear thinking are essential, this had a significant impact on my overall experience.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but I would expect clearer troubleshooting instructions and more efficient support, especially when candidates are trying to access an important professional certification exam.

I hope PeopleCert will improve its technical support and provide clearer guidance on browser compatibility and login issues, so that other candidates do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.

The exam had the same color next and Submit Exam buttons not to mention the setup was poorly done, would love to collaborate with you to design a new platform for this.
