Amber also provided invaluable assistance in lining up suitable flats for me in the months before my arrival from the United States. Selling your family home is a big scary venture. I invited 3 local Estate Agents to value the house, then I picked the one that I thought I’d most like to work with, and that was Joe at Penny & Sinclair. He comes across as a genuinely nice guy, because he really is a genuinely nice guy. But he’s also incredibly good at his job. He understands the local market, and quickly lined up a week of viewings. No time-wasters, just genuine buyers who actually wanted our type of house. In no time at all, we had multiple buyers interested, and we accepted an offer well above the asking price. There were bumps along the way, as there are with most house sales, but he was on-it straight away, liaising effortlessly between buyer, seller, and both solicitors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe & his team.

Joe Worsell was friendly, kind, helpful and understanding. When things got really tough for me despite others not always keeping him and me 'in the loop' he took a calm measurerd approach which was really helpful. He's a cheerful, friendly person and really does listen which is really important as alot of people come accross as good listeners but in reality they are not.

My daughter and I came to Oxford needing a Short Let while my daughter attended a Summer Program. We were unhappy with our choices until reaching Lisa and Amber at Penny & Sinclair.
