From the first moment I met the Associate Director for an appraisal of my flat, he was professional and very knowledgeable. Once I appointed Penny and Sinclair to act in my sale they kept me informed throughout; at first showing viewings round for me and then, once I had a sale they let me know what was going on; answering email queries from me promptly and liaising between solicitors and the buyer when necessary. We have been renting a property through Penny and Sinclair for 2.5 years, and our experience has been excellent so far.
