In spite of a sluggish market, and a couple of prospective buyers being unable to proceed, Sean and the team at Penny & Sinclair were courteous, informative, and on the ball throughout, at a slightly lower cost than other agents in the area.

It’s our 2nd short let with Penny & Sinclair Oxford. 1st was at a property in Cowley last year and Summertown this time round. They were prompt and very responsive to messages etc. Well recommended for short lets.

I can't imagine better agents than those from Penny Sinclair. Joe Worsell, the agent for the property I was buying, was extremely helpful. He was always willing to come open up the property so I could look around, quick to answer any questions, and excellent in communicating with me and the solicitors and agents for all of the five houses in this complicated chain. I feel very lucky to have had such good service!!

The worst company we’ve ever dealt with.
After 5 years of renting, they sold the house and we were forced to move out.
Now, 17 days later, we still haven’t received our deposit back.

"Re-fit curtain poles in both bedrooms and lounge re-fit blind in kitchen (believe this is in cupboard in bedroom) Remove stickers from front door and remove/dispose of box of wood from lounge Fill screw holes throughout Re-attached basin plug in bathroom"

Amber, Lillimai and Lisa have put our interests first at PS. They have always been polite and professional trying to make life easier for their customers, despite the adversity they are bound to encounter. They have become like friends that one can offload the inevitable problems landlords encounter on daily basis. Full marks!

Penny and Sinclair are the best agents in Oxford. They are honest, realistic, have a very good handle on the market and give excellent customer service. Joe Worsell is a highly recommended agent to work with. You feel like you are his only client and he keeps pushing until he sells it for the best price the market has to offer. Don’t bother trying anyone else!

Just exchanged contracts on buying a property. When you are buying you get no say over the estate agent as the seller chooses. But luckily in this case Sean from Penny and Sinclair was very pro- active in liaising with the sellers and the lawyers involved. He kept me informed on where we were at in the process and worked hard to get us to the point of exchange.

Joe Worsall was 'with us all the way' in organising and completing the sale of our house and purchase of the next. His guidance and knowledge and professional expertise made the whole process easier! From start to finish (less than 6 months) we were always impressed by him and his colleagues at Penny & Sinclair. No questions were left unanswered. We were always given plenty of warning for viewing appointments. Joe would arrive early and cheerfully and we appreciated his discretion and constant prompt feed-back. Ditto liaison with the next purchase and our viewings there.
