We had a great experience with Penny and Sinclair through the duration of our house sale process. We had a quick sale and Joe was great to work with from start to finish. Super responsive and supportive when the sale became stressful due to external factors. Would highly recommend.

I rented a house where Penney and Sinclair were managing agents and they were very good, wanted to know if I had any problems with the house and made sure both tenants and landlord were happy. I therefore decided to use them as my estate agent to let a property we bought and I could not fault them, they were very professional. I was very pleased with their service.

Phoning from out of the country and looking for a home is not easy, however Erling made it much better with his thorough answers and understanding of both my needs and that of the properties qualities.

Communication with them is difficult, they are micromanaging the guests which is intrusive of privacy and frustrating throughout the stay.

The team at Penny & Sinclair were transparent, responsive and helpful throughout the sale of my 1 bedroom property in Oxford. They were honest and upfront about the potential sale price (whilst other estate agents wildly inflated the valuation), which I appreciated. The property was marketed in Dec and I had an offer at asking price by end of February. We completed in June. All in all a very positive experience, would definitely recommend.
