I had an issue with a leak that we couldn’t locate where the damage was coming from. She took it upon herself to resolve which was not straight forward because the property was being damaged by a commercial building. I cannot recommend Emilia enough and if you want your property look after by her I would definitely highly recommend.

Rebecca was my first contact and she was amazing. Cindy then took over, followed by Jo, who was fantastic as well. Even when I had to involve TDS for my deposit, Jo responded promptly, checked on my wellbeing, and guided me through the process. She explained things I didn’t understand and continued to support me even after the resolution. Jo also helped me organize when I mistakenly sent parcels to my old address and assisted with references whenever needed.
