Great products and service

Very good quality of large umbrellas. I’m very satisfied with the 10X13. Easy to install compared to my former model. Team support was also fast responding to my queries. I would definitely recommend thin company to anyone.

Great Cottage Umbrella

The product is great and provides us the shade and flexibility we were looking for. The ability to turn our umbrella 360 degrees helps tremendously as the earth rotates and changes the postion of the sun.

The only inconveniance is they shipped our 3 part order separately and they can improve this by shipping the items as a bundle.

Great product and excellent service. Thanks.

Researching online we found this to be hopefully a great product. We needed shade for a our full sun pool deck area. Once we ordered (10x10 Ageus Premium) - we were contacted and suggested another color for faster delivery. We were flexible and it turned out great (love the "charcoal color). We had our new parasol within 4 days. Excellent service .. they delivered the boxes right to our back yard. Installation went well - all great quality. We appreciate the versatility of all the angles as the sun changes thruout the day. It is easy one person can do it (once you get the hang of it) - even installing the protective cover is easy. The lights work great - they are an interesting plus. We highly recommend the heavier base because with wind and the height of the parasol it will move in the wind otherwise. A strong suggestion is to get the base in the right place before filling it up (we used water) - because once it is filled (even half the way) you can't really move it around (even if it is on wheels). 5 stars for customer service and delivery, product quality, installation ease and just good old satisfaction all around

10’ x 10’ Aegis Premium Cantilever Umbrella

I ordered 10’ x 10’ Aegis Premium on Wednesday morning. Received the Umbrella on Friday lunchtime.
It was assembled, giving us shade in our back yard mid afternoon. Thanks to easy to read and follow assembly instructions. That to my mind is excellent service and delivery. The service and advice I was given by the support person was second to none. Full marks.
The umbrella itself is excellent quality. The winding mechanism and crank compared to well advertised competition, is smooth and easy to operate in its lower position on the Premium rather than up high. I have had problems with premature wear on crank mechanisms on the end of the pivot arm.
It is worth noting that my umbrella is covered by a 5 year warranty, 10 years on the fabric. These directly influenced my decision to purchase.
Overall Very pleased with the whole process.

My new 10’ x 13’ cantilever umbrella is…

My new 10’ x 13’ cantilever umbrella is up and I love it! It makes my deck livable in the hot weather and creates a nice atmosphere.

The only complaint I have is that they promised 3 day delivery time. I don’t really care so much about the delivery time but that their tracking system didn’t work and it took 3 tries to reach them (2 weeks). So over the month that it did take to arrive I thought it was lost or stolen. I’d say be honest and respond to your customers inquiries.

Disingenuous Practices.

Ordered mid-may. They immediately charged my credit card so I assumed it shipped. Website says 1-2 days to process and 3-5 to ship. Asked status end of May. They said what I ordered was in shipping. ETA 2 months. They said they could change the order to one they have in stock (zero 11' and 12' umbrellas in stock). I wanted to cancel. They said before cancelling offer this or that alternative solution. Tons of back and forth: 3% discount, free straps, 5% discount. I'm done. I said cancel repeatedly. I'm starting a Credit Card chargeback and Better Business Bureau report.
