I ordered a simple squat cage and an extra set of j-hooks. I promptly received the squat cage, but not the extra j-hooks.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought the hooks would arrive in a different box, or maybe it a supply issue with a different sub provider for the hooks, but more than two weeks went by with no product and no explanation.

when I inquired about the delay, they came up with a bullshit reason why they'd have to determine internally whether anything was missing from the order. I gave them the shipping label which specified that they only sent ONE item, and both the shipping weight and box dimensions were included on the shipping label. There's nothing else they could legitimately need to figure out that they screwed up.

They have my money for the J-hooks, but I don't have what I paid for...and they're not being particularly proactive in solving my problem, and they're not acknowledging the issue. I note, with interest, that I'm not the only person who's had trouble getting the J-hooks that they purchased from them. Buyer be ware. You might not get what you pay for with this bunch.

Horrible customer service. I would not do business with this firm again.

If you plan on spending $2,000 on a gym and then have them ghost you, worst customer service and keep lying to you on when u will receive ur order than buy with them. I would expect atleast customer service but they do not have one. Everything is via an email and when they do respond its a generic hello were sorry we are delayed.

Unbelievably fast FREE shipping on a weight bench that weighs 60 plus lbs is phenomenal.
Ordered bench Monday about 2pm it arrived Wednesday right at noon

I recently added the Ritkeep M10 power rack to my home gym and it’s been a great setup so far. Assembly was pretty straightforward and everything lined up well.

What I like most is having everything in one spot. I usually only have about 30–40 minutes in the morning to get a workout in before work, and this rack makes that easy. I can go from squats to bench to cable work without bouncing around or wasting time.

The rack feels solid and stable, and the cable system has been smooth and useful for accessory work. For the price, it’s a really good value if you’re trying to build an efficient home gym.

Most of these 5 star reviews are fake. I left a review on their website and it still has not been posted.

Ordered 3/18, arrived 4/6 which wouldn’t have been a huge problem, had it not been advertised with 3-5 day shipping. Delays happen but at no point during the ordering process was the item marked as backordered or limited stock. We found out about the issue on our own only after the fact.

We were offered a “complimentary upgrade” from the 2025 to the 2026 version except we had already ordered the 2026 version. They clearly hadn’t reviewed our order before responding to our inquiries, which was a little worrisome.

They then offered us three options for a complimentary add-on as compensation. I selected one, only to later find out they shipped something else entirely. When I called it out, they admitted my choice was out of stock. So why was it offered? No good answer, just a promise to send it later. As of today 4/13, we still have not heard anything from them.

When the order arrived there was mildew and rust on the weights. Nearly every part was unlabeled, so assembly was a complete guessing game. The 2026 version claims scratch and tear resistance with 6H hardness, but parts came out of the box already scratched and indented.

Between the communication failures, the fulfillment errors, the product condition, and the false marketing claims, I can’t 100% recommend Ritkeep. I hope they address these issues seriously, because right now the experience doesn’t match the promises.

Great equipment, great customer service.

Everything came in exactly how it was pictured. Installation took about 2 ish hours but it was very self explanatory. Everything looks great and already addicted to using it and all the different workouts i can try!

I absolutely love this machine, I can do a lot of different exercises. I actually had to take out other smaller machines that made the space look crowded. Quality wise is great!! It’s not giving me the option to load pictures on here.

Bought the M10 RitKeep system a month ago. Was great customer service. Answered all my questions and followed up with me on shipping times. System showed up on time and was easy to put together. We'll built and working out great for us. Nice size as it fits in our small home gym but expanded out work out routine a lot. Would definitely recommend. I would do the upgrade to steel rollers if you are going to order it.

I ordered multiple things from them in 4 separate orders and I had an issue with every single order I placed. Dip bar attachments for the smith machine show up bent/broken (took 3 weeks to get replacement), bench weld broke while using it, Adjustable dumbbells were horrible and the plates would fall out of them while using them and/or picking them up off the base, and shipping issues. My god shipping issues/delays. Order from them if you want to wait 2 months to get it.

I will never buy anything from this company again.

The smith machine is a great piece of equipment for the money and the customer service has been excellent!

The equipment is ok quality. For the money you can get better equipment. The main reason for the 1 star is the customer service has been horrible. I paid for the upgraded weights of 400 lbs and they only sent the 300. I messaged customer service and they didn’t believe me and asked for pictures of the boxes that were sent. I sent pictures and 2 days later I haven’t heard anything. So I had to build it without the permission right amount of weights. The adjustable dumbbells are absolute garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. they don’t go up or down in weight by 5 or 10 lbs. they go in weird numbers like 42.5 lbs and even if you are at the lowest weight they don’t shrink in width making them way to big to do curls or really anything with besides dumbbell bench press and rows with. For the money you are going to spend you can get much better equipment with better customer service. I do not recommend this.

I was skeptical on buying here, even after reading reviews. Something felt wrong. I took the chance on the Destroyer M10. This was a Thursday. I figured shipping would take forever.
I’m Northeast, and my shipping arrived that Saturday! Legit, it was less than 2 days after ordering.
Now would be the test.
Moved the 2 boxes to the assembly area near where it would live and began unboxing. Nearly everything was meticulously placed in the box and not one piece had even a scratch.
I was shocked!
My concerns were erased both on speed of shipment and quality of product.
Assembled relatively easily, instructions were good (not great, but not bad).
Unit is solid, looks great and functions very well.
Beyond pleased with this company!

I bought the RAB-3000 Adjustable Heavy Duty Incline Weight Bench and I love it. I wanted one that had a handle and wheels and thia fit the bill. The handle is great because it doesn't stick like most do and the wheels are very smooth. It's pretty light has well so it is easy to lift and move where you need it.
Super fast build, maybe 10 minutes. Took longer to unbox and find tools than it did to put it together.
It does come with 2 wrenches im case you don't have tools.
This is priced right, arrived quickly and is a sturdy bench.
If I ever have a need for another bench I would not hesitate to purchase this again.

I have begged to talked to someone that could talk to me. Because Ritkeeps customer service refused to have a person to talk to me. It started March 13th the product hasn’t been shipped yet. Everything could have been resolved in 5 minutes. It’s been about 2 weeks. I can’t review the product bc it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Super fast delivery. Instructions were easy to follow for set up. Machine cable is smooth and glides like butter. Over all great sturdy rack. Feels like high end gym equipment at affordable budget

The price on my home gym was incredible to start off. The installation was pretty simple; there was even a video instruction if you're like me and do not like to read but see. My wife and I have been using the gym for 5-6 months now and still have no issues.

Excellent customer service and FAST delivery. I recieved every part over night!! I ordered the 2026 PMax 5600 Smith Machine and after assembly and use, my wife and i are thoroughly pleased with this machine. Very smooth pully system and very user friendly. Feels like something in a gym and operates very smoothly. We are very happy 👍🏼
