#UKP122808 I Ordered and paid but was mislead on delivery times, very poor communication, do not answer emails and no contact telephone, would not recommend ordering from this company

Ordered a round parasol, unfortunately was out of stock, so changed to a square one. We were hoping to get delivery by the Saturday and they said they would try. Delivery came Friday! The parasol is perfect for our needs and actually is better being square. It is sturdy and well made. Very happy. Would purchase again, good value.

This is the second review I have written about this dreadful company. Their email responses are all AI generated (some sent in the early hours of the morning), and all they do is offer money off instead of processing my refund of £380, which I have now asked for MULTIPLE TIMES. Still no sign of the money back in my account. Please avoid using Patioslife.uk at all costs (and don't confuse it with Patio-Life.co.uk which is a genuine company doing genuine business as far as I can tell).

Appalling service. Very late delivery and little comms.

Very helpful when we needed a parasol at short notice. The one we wanted wasn’t immediately available but they very quickly found a replacement which we are really happy with.

I have a very small decking but cannot sit in direct sun. We had a concern about if the cantilever parasol would work in such a small area.
The support staff could not have been more helpful and we were in touch numerous times.
Being almost 80years old this was not a straightforward installation. The help that they gave me was above and beyond any normal setup.
Now we have the parasol up and working my wife and I couldn't be happier with the product and despite our small decking is working wonderfully.
I would recommend the product and the management to anyone who is looking for a cantilever parasol in a small area.

Large choice of canopies and one of the few that offered very large parasols. Managed to purchase when there was a discount available and all round the experience from purchase to delivery was excellent. Warranty offered as well which I personally always look for, so that was another big plus point in my choice to purchase from them. The parasol was easy to fully construct and it was up in no time. Love the integral lights which look great and do actually give off a lot of light in the dark.

Product arrived on time and is exactly as we had hoped for. Quality is great so far and have been offered an extra years warranty (I think it may be 5 years warranty already). Well pleased with the process.

Having reviewed on line various models I went for the collapsible cantilever style with a base and I am not disappointed one bit.

In fact I'm very impressed with the simplistic operation of opening and closing, the size of the cover area and the flexibility of numerous positions.

After much research, and having go through multiple parasols over the years we decided to go for a cantilever style.
Patioslife had a great range, plenty of choice, and we hoped would be a great product too.

We have NOT been disappointed. It has made our external furniture now usable in the heat as it provides with its canopy total cover over the seat and table.

Delivery was quick, two bits for us which came on different days, but it was also easy to assemble, and then fill the base with water to give added support as well. The base arrived on day 1 and the parasol on day two.

Assembly was just putting in some bolts/allen keys, and then lifting the parasol into place. Magic.

Love the operation of the cantilever, so simple, but also the way you can rotate the arm as well is a clever yet simple design an process.
