Bought a condenser motor for my Lennox unit. I ordered a motor for a Lennox XP20 system not realizing my system is actually an XPG20 system since it is solar assisted. Returned the motor immediately. They refused to refund or even exchange for the correct motor(has a longer shaft). Their reason for refusal was because the shaft had a set screw impression on it. Buyer beware because they would not even exchange for the correct model. A $1000 mistake. What reputable company doesn't exchange!!!! I would never recommend these folks to anyone.

My $2500 Friedrich Air Conditioner recently died a week ago. The Board I needed was discontinued since the AC was 7 years old. I was able to find it here at Partshnc.com (They had only 2 left in stock). I have to admit, Being from New Jersey and never heard of this company, I was skeptical about spending several hundred dollars with a company I never heard of. I called them and spoke with a representative that was helpful and informed me they only had 2 of these boards in stock. I took a chance and ordered 1 Control Board Part# 62601013. To my surprise this board worked upon installation and saved me a tremendous headache after my Air Conditioner started working again. Today is the very next day after my successful repair and since there was now only 1 more control board in stock, I decided to purchase it and keep it as a backup for future use in case i need it. That is how much I am Grateful for and Trust Partshnc.com. Best yet, I ordered the Part on a Friday and received it on a Tuesday even though it was UPS Ground. They Packed and shipped it immediately after I placed the order. Thank you again and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Needed parts for a boiler. They shiped promptly, as I paid for next-day shipping, but it took over a week to get the part, with little help from "customer service".
One part was not the one in the picture, which made it the wrong part, so I needed to return it. Customer service was not only not helpful, but they (seemed like only one guy) seemed to want to impede the flow of this procedure, with too many emails, requesting pictures of the item, packaging, acting like this was the first time they ever heard of me or this order (I have been in contact, if ya know what I mean...).
So now, I have returned the part, paid for shipping, and contacted HnC to refund me, and they have confirmed with the warehouse that everything is fine with the part.
Will they refund my money? Not after telling me they would a week ago, and this is terrible.
If I could give a "no-star" review, I would.

Paid an extra $105 for two day shipping, after 3 days the package still did not arrive. I called to get a refund on the extra shipping charge and was told they were not responsible. I canceled my order and went somewhere else. Won’t use this company again.
