No return service
Even though the parts diagram indicated the correct part, it is not. Customer service said they would email me an RMA. They did not.

Ordered part for down furnace and paid…
Ordered part for down furnace and paid for express shipping ($60 for a pressure switch and hose) and come to find out that they "shipped ground".. which was free. I have to wait another couple days to receive the parts to fix my furnace. At least it is only winter and I paid extra to get it here.... They offered to refund shipping. yeah thanks.. that doesn't cover the cost of the electricity I will use for space heaters while continuing to wait for parts.
