I ordered three items. One item was canceled the next day due to a stock issue. Seven business days later, I received an email saying that only one item had been shipped.
However, there has been no update at all regarding the remaining item.
I seriously question whether it should take this long to process an order, especially when I placed it for items that were listed as in stock on their website.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and I should have heard from others about some very negative experiences as well.

I placed an order with PartsFe (Order #FE001017252) on October 19th, after confirming through their website and live chat that the items were in stock and ready to ship. Despite this, my order didn’t ship until October 30th — eleven days later. To make things worse, one of the parts arrived damaged and had to be returned.
I requested a replacement and was assured I’d receive an update by email. It’s now been weeks, and I still haven’t received any concrete information or shipping date. The customer service representative (“Olivia”) provided vague, copy-paste responses, with no real effort to resolve the issue or offer clear answers. Every reply was the same scripted line: “Our shipping department will update you via email.”
This kind of communication shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Instead of providing a realistic timeline or alternative solutions (refund or replacement), the company leaves the customer waiting indefinitely — with no transparency at all.
As someone who regularly purchases parts for commercial kitchen equipment, I can say that companies like Parts Town or Webstaurant are far more reliable in both service and logistics. Unfortunately, PartsFe has shown poor follow-through, slow processing, and zero customer focus.
I will not be ordering from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid PartsFe if they value their time, money, and peace of mind.

Exact product as stated, reasonable pricing and shipping cost. Packed well and arrived in great condition.
They took money on online order…never sent out part ordered…when I called them two weeks later.. they said that part was no longer available… And that they had a replacement that was five times more amount of money. I asked him why I had not heard that… I believe this is a scam… I did get my refund… But I had to call them.

The part I ordered came quickly and it was an exact fit.
I was informed a part would fit a product so I ordered it. It, however, does not fit. I emailed about returning it on 10/23 and haven't received any information back.

Paid for overnight freight and order didn’t process or ship for 3 days. Shipping on a Friday which resulted in not having part til Monday. Will not be ordering from you again
