Follow up to my original review
We did finally get full refund for the part. So PartsHNC did right by us. However, it did take too long. Something that should have been reimbursed withing 1-2 weeks took months. I strongly recommend to check your merchandise before leaving the supplier as getting your money back is a struggle.

I ordered a part that I didn’t need I tried to return within 30 days was told to request return through email which I was not able to contact with success. Call back and was told since it was over 30 days I would not be able to return part.

Wrong part sent per website description
I ordered a part per the part description on the website. When I received the part the specifications were not the same as listed on the website and it would not work with my unit. Upon providing me with a return authorization number I was told I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. I would not have ordered the part if the correct description would have been listed and I received the part per the website description. Quick to ship out and good customer support other than charging a restocking fee for their error in the description. After discussing with customer rep, showing them a snapshot of the website, they are dropping the restocking fee. I’m changing my rating. They were cordial through the entire experience and provided the correct resolution.
