Unreliable
Ordered a discovery set and was told that it would be shipped between 2-5 days. A week later, not received anything. Customer services have said it wasn’t sent due to unforeseen circumstances. Nothing back to settle my worries.

I have already had several times, at the beginning of the year and now recently several times really very good experiences with the team of Parfums de Marly and especially very good experiences with the service of Parfums de Marly. Some one-star reviews make it known that the service is bad, that you get no answer or that the code of the Discovery Set over 37 euros would not work. I can not confirm at all, absolutely baseless according to my experience. Five stars are absolutely justified for this company and their service. Here are my recent experiences in more detail: I received a reminder by email from Parfums de Marly that they would reactivate my old code of 37 euros for 7 days. Great! I used it right away and bought Althair in the 75ml version. Deducted the 37 euros without any problems. A beautiful Christmas candle, everything nicely festive and very high quality packed. All samples of my choice were also included, as selected by me. Unfortunately, I ordered a day before Black Friday and asked the service if I could still benefit from this action retroactively and yes, the service was very accommodating, immediate response, polite, detailed and simple 1A. I got an extra 5ml sample of Layton and even again with two 1.5ml samples. Great. Favorite perfume house! Thank you very much! A continued loyal customer from Germany :-)

Order issue resolved promptly
Recently bought a perfume from Parfums de Marly that included my choice of samples and Christmas promotional items. When the package arrived, I found that both samples had broken inside during transport. I contacted Customer Service at Parfums de Marly, and they took care of things within 15 minutes of my initial email enquiry. Replacement samples to arrive at my residence within the next few days. I was very impressed with how quickly my issue was resolved.

Really bad treatment
Really bad treatment. They offered lots of samples when I I bought perfume collection for both women and men and got to choose quite a few samples on the side but after a week nothing happened. Contacted them and asked if they have sent the package. An hour later I get an email saying they are canceling my purchase. PDM61832

Outstanding products
First of all, ordering online is quite easy and always have the chance to order test samples so you have the chance to test fragances on yourself before ordering the big bottles. I recommend everyone to do this, they have a lot of options so best to test them before making this kind of expense.
Second, shipping is fast, reliable and free! I have not had the chance to make any return because all the time product meets expectations
Third, opening the box you receive is quite an experience not matched by conventional fragances.
Fourth. The smell, this is addictive stuff!! You just want to keep smelling and smelling and once you conventional eau de parfums, then you understand the price difference.
I hope everyone would ever have the chance to get one of this bottles. If you cannot afford a bottle, get the samples and use them for special occasions. You will definitely not regret it. And if you are a regular user of stream fragances, instead of buying two or three affordable ones, buy one of Parfum de Marly, you will definitely not regret it.
I bought the sample kit and 2 free samples. Carlisle was one of the two free samples and I can tell you, Carlisle is so addictive. I ended up ordering Carlisle and Herod and Oajan as sample. Now I feel like ordering Oajan because the smell simply does not make sense, quite unique as Carlisle!

I couldn't fault my customer service experience
I recently purchased an aftershave from Perfumes de Marly. Unfortunately, the spray mechanism on the bottle was faulty and wouldn’t spray which was disappointing. I contacted customer service who responded promptly, handled the matter professionally and as such, the matter was resolved without delay. Prestigious or outrageous??
What have perfums de Marly and a fast food outlet have in common? Shocking customer care! A week after ordering I get an email to tell me there is no stock. Not refunded instantly but asked would I like a different one. 24 hrs later still waiting on a response. Tried ringing a boutique but although the same company are nothing to do with that and can't help!
Is this the way a prestigious company behaves???
Update
It seems that someone at Parfums de Marly has gone out of their way to resolve my issue. This has gone a long way to restoring confidence in the company.
