One of my most favorite fragrance houses. I must say that their customer service is second to none. I was treated with care, kindness and respect from beginning to end. I had such a wonderful experience. Service client au top, j'ai commandé un parfum qui me semblait trop peu intense par rapport aux échantillons et j'ai donc contacté le service client. Le lendemain j'ai pu échanger avec une personne travaillant au service client et nous avons pu nous arranger. J'ai donc pu renvoyer le parfum et ils m'en ont renvoyé un autre. Malgré le fait que le traitement ai pris quasiment 2 semaines la finalité est que j'ai été bien traité et que j'ai finalement eu ce que je voulais.
Merci encore pour ce service vraiment efficace.

Side effect side effect side effect. idc what anybody say it’s #1 of all time especially if you get it from initio direct. black friday they had the best deals including a 10ML of side effect with a sample set and candle. i will be ordering from initio.com again they took really good care of me. i was contemplating this because all i wear is creed. i took a change and man i am not disappointed.

Perfumes & Customer Service are EXQUISITE
First of all, I blind bought a full bottle of Cassili and absolutely cannot stop spraying that AHHHMAZING scent!!! Because I happened upon their website on Black Friday, I was sent some additional freebies, which have afforded me a ability to test out other scents, and now I have a working to-buy list from this company.
Now, for a review of my experiences with Parfums de Marly …. There was one item of a sample set that was left out of my box, and I didn’t honestly think that it was a big deal, but I reached out to customer service anyway, expecting to either hear nothing back or to receive a very nice “So sorry, but that’s just what happened” kind of email. Instead, what I received was an email notification of a shipment being sent to me with those samples. That extra box arrived to me today and it has absolutely reaffirmed why I am willing to purchase from this company, as opposed to a major retailer. Their customer service is exceptional. Parfums de Marly‘s customer service is as exceptional as the wondrous scents of this house.

Terrible delivery
Placed an order through the website and was sent notification of delivery four days later to say it was arriving between 1:30 and 4:30pm that day. I took half a days holiday just so I could be there to receive the package. Nothing came so I emailed customer services who told me that they were currently working to prevent this kind of incident in the future and to check the tracking link. The link says something went wrong so you cannot see but when you do eventually get into the link it shows that it is at my local sorting office yesterday at 12:23. The link does say it will be delivered but no time indicated. Very frustrated with the service from a premium brand. When I have used other perfume houses they use a live tracking delivery company/link making transactions so much easier
