Unverschämt und unprofissionell
Die Ware wurde auf meine eigene Kosten zurück an die Firma Marly nach Frankreich gesendet (Retour). Die Adresse für die Rücksendung hat mir die Firma Marly per Mail mitgeteilt. Das Paket liegt in Frankreich in der Filiale zur Abholung bereit und die Firma Marly weigert sich das Paket dort anzuholen. Unverschämt wie diese Firma Marly den Leuten Stress macht. Sehr unprofissionell !!! NIE WIEDER!
P.S. Die Bearbeitungszeit der Anfragen per Mail dauert eine Ewigkeit (einige Tage) - ohne einen festen Ansprechspartner. Wenn das Paket von der Firma Marly nicht angeholt wird, wende ich mich an meinen Anwalt.

Great time shopping at PDM
I bought two sample sets from PDM, on their Web site: Feminine and Musculine. I got four extra samples free. The whole shopping experience was quite enjoyable and payment was safe and secure. Order processing was fast enough and delivery was by courier. PDM produces some trully excellent fragrances and provides impeccable service. Wholeheartedly recommended !

Disappointing fragrance issue BUT great customer service follow-up!
I bought a sample set of fragrances, LOVED the Delina Rosee scent and decided to splurge on a larger bottle because I loved it so much. For some reason the larger bottle smells COMPLETELY different than the sample and I am so incredibly disappointed!!! The fragrance in the larger bottle is much more powdery and acidic than the sample and honestly just smells straight up BAD. Like almost smells like cat pee after it sits for a bit. I emailed customer service immediately and received a very dismissive response. I’m very surprised that the company would not care about discrepancies with their products. Ultimately I feel like I got scammed out of a substantial amount of money after being lied to about how their products smell. Do NOT trust the samples!!!!
EDIT: The customer service team reached out again after my initial interaction and will be investigating the issue as well as sending a new bottle of the fragrance! Very impressed with the quick follow up and actions taken based on the feedback! Updating this review to reflect the actions taken by the team.
UPDATE: I received the new bottle of fragrance and it smells exactly like the sample and how it’s supposed to!!! I have no idea what happened with the original order but I am so grateful for the support team’s efforts to make this right and am so happy with the fragrance as well!! THANK YOU!! :)

I’ve sent like 6 emails now asking them to cancel my order. I placed it over a week ago and still hasn’t been shipped anyway. I don’t want it anymore, just let me cancel it?? Why do the customer service reps not reply and why does it take forever to ship in the first place. LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LOST PACKAGE AND MONEY
Before I put my trust and gave my money to the company, I read all the good reviews and comments about the delivery time and the accuracy. I made the first time purchase and trusted that the product would be delivered before I left town. Plane ticket was bought. No product showed up at my door as they promised. I contacted them through email every day about the missing package and about my situation but no response. They said they reached out to me but I checked all my inboxes NOTHING. After I had to leave, they emailed me saying they sent out a replacement package to the address. I appreciated the process of trying to replace the lost package however I was no longer there to receive it. I wish I had been able to communicate to the team prior to that. It’s extremely frustrating and upsetting!!!! On my behalf, I shouldn’t have put 100% trust on the promised and accuracy of the delivery time and communication between customers and the brand. At this point, I want my money back!

I reached out to customer service with a problem and quite frankly they couldn’t have done more. #fact. They replied to an email in minutes. And they sorted the problem within minutes. In this day and age we will all agree level to small details is RARE. These guys acted professionally and politely and promptly. Businesses take note. This is how you keep customers for LIFE. Great great product, impeccable customer care. I’ll say it again. Very hard to find.

I purchased Delina about two years ago…
I purchased Delina about two years ago and I really love it so I recently purchased the feminine sample set so I could smell the other women scents. I made my purchased and it’s been 5 days I have yet to recieve any information about my order.
I contacted customer service and all they could tell me is that it will ship once done processing. I asked them how long is processing and when could I expect to recieve my items and no response. Most sites let you know a shipping timeframe however they don’t give you any timeframe on what to expect with processing or shipping . I’m very frustrated and starting to think I’ve been scammed. If I don’t hear anything regarding my item shipping in the next day or two I will be disputing this company charge as fraudulent. Do not order directly from the Marley site, you are better off ordering from Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus or another authorized retailer. You’ll be sure to get your items and shipping doesn’t take a decade with other retailers

Une maison avec des parfums très élégants, site très bien conçu
Tout c’est bien passé.
Lorsque l’on prend le discovery kit on peut en plus avoir 2 échantillons à choix. Ce qui est super car il n’y a pas tous les parfums dans ce dernier et il y a également des parfums de la ligne masculine qui peuvent parfaitement être unisexe.
En plus les fdp sont gratuits.
Avec le coffret découverte qui coûte 40€ l’on reçoit un bon de 37€. La seule chose que je trouvais dommage c’est qu’il n’est valable que sur les parfums à partir de 75ml.
J’ai acheté grâce à ce coffret 4 parfums et j’ai évité un blind buy que j’aurais amèrement regretté.
