Refuse to take responsibility once handed to carrier!?
I ordered the lovely Athalia fragrance from this brand and it was delivered on a day when me or my family weren’t in.
Royal Mail delivered it to my neighbour(which I never stated was okay!) and now she won’t give it to me. I never ask carriers to give my parcels to my neighbours as I know she’s difficult and holds my packages hostage.
I contacted customer service and recieved a speedy response saying:
“ Regrettably, we are not able to assist further on our end as this is the carrier responsability once the parcel is handed to them.
We would advise on contacting them directly to open an investigation. ”
So now I have to deal with this stress £280 for a perfume that my neighbour gets to enjoy when I never asked for it to be given to her!!!!
Worst company ever. So annoyed that I’ve ordered from them. Lost a customer forever. DO NOT ORDER

Haven’t received my fragrance, support was sending me in all directions and giving all sorts of tasks, rather than trying to solve anything, had to open a dispute with my payment provider to solve things as their only excuse was we packed something with some weight so we will not investigate

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Based on the reviews left I really do not understand how their customer service is being praised, I've emailed their customer services several times regards to a perfume I purchased direct from their site which is faulty and no one seems to care, sort out or want to get back to me.

J’ai passé commande le 13 juin pour recevoir mes parfums avant de partir en vacances, mais ils ont été livrés le 20 juin, soit le jour même de mon départ. Dommage, car j’étais déjà partie, de fait mes parfums m’attendent à la maison. Ce n’est pas la livraison qui a été lente, mais la préparation de commande, bien trop longue. Pour une maison aussi prestigieuse que Parfums de Marly, je m’attendais à un service plus réactif. J’ai commandé deux parfums, que j’adore et que je vais bien sûr utiliser, car je suis fidèle à la marque depuis un an. Mais cette expérience m’a vraiment déçue.
