A luxury brand without a luxury experience
My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it, and the proof of delivery does not contain my name or signature. Despite explaining the situation, providing evidence that I was away, and contacting the delivery company, Parfums de Marly refuses to properly help me resolve this issue. Instead of taking responsibility and investigating the matter, they simply refer to the courier’s confirmation and leave me without a solution. I am extremely disappointed that a luxury brand treats its customers this way. A luxury brand without a luxury experience — I cannot recommend shopping online with Parfums de Marly.
Update: The only help I received was being told to go to the police. No actual solution, no accountability, just more wasted time for a customer who paid for an order they never received. Absolutely terrible service.

En la boutique que está dentro de la terminal 4 del aeropuerto de Madrid,hay una chica llamada Andrea quien es vendedora de la marca nos atendió de muy mala gana empezando porque cuando entramos ella no estaba en su sitio ya que se encontraba hablando con sus compañeros ignorando que estábamos allí y requeríamos su ayuda luego de llamarla en repetidas ocasiones para que nos ayudara nos atiende de muy malas formas casi que regañándonos por interrumpirla además en ese mismo momento se dispuso a discutir con una compañera suya hablándole de muy malas maneras delante de empleados y clientes no es para nada recomendable esta chica por la mala atención y por las actitudes hacia sus demás compañeros.

Expérience déplorable - Colis non reçu et 10 jours d'attente imposés
Commande de 180 € passée pour un cadeau, marquée comme "livrée en boîte aux lettres" alors que je n'en ai tout simplement pas actuellement (travaux) et que j'étais chez moi toute la journée. La photo prétendument justificative fournie par le transporteur ne correspond même pas à mon domicile.
Malgré une réactivité immédiate de ma part et l'envoi rapide d'une attestation sur l'honneur signée comme demandé, le service client m'annonce une enquête de 10 jours ouvrés avant toute solution. Résultat : cadeau raté pour la date prévue, 180 € bloqués, et une marque de luxe qui se défausse entièrement sur son transporteur (Colissimo) en faisant patienter le client.
Inadmissible pour une enseigne de cette gamme. Si la situation n'est pas réglée très rapidement, un litige bancaire sera ouvert.

Haven’t received my order
Haven’t received my order. They sent me some random POD which has nothing to do with my order which clearly is never delivered. They asked for a file to fill in and a police report. Have given both and they still want me to wait on a certain outcome while I have given everything I could provide. Don’t order here. I’m sad that I was a client of this brand.

Exemplary customer care
I ordered a sample discovery set with seven (7) 1.5ml men's fragrance vials and as a gift, PdM included two (2) 1.5ml samples. From a prior bad experience with the 1.5ml vials, I checked each of the new vials and one of the free samples did not spray. I wrote to PdM about a possible QC issue with the 1.5ml vials and they were kind enough to send me two (2) additional vials for my inconvenience. My conclusion is that PdM stands behind their products and provides exemplary service with the same quality as their perfums. Bravo, PdM.

Kundenservice unterirdisch
Ich habe ein nicht eben preisgünstiges Probenset als Geschenk zum Geburtstag bekommen. Leider funktionieren mehrere Probenflaschen nicht, man kann also nichts versprühen. Ich habe den Customer-Service entsprechend informiert und auch ein Video geschickt, das mein Problem eindeutig belegt.
Leider kann man mir da nicht entgegenkommen, da ich keinen Kaufbeleg habe. Auch den mehrfachen Hinweis dass es ein Geschenk war, interessiert diesen "Customer-Service" nicht.
Bei dem doch hohen Preis dieses Produkts und für eine "Nobelmarke" finde ich dieses Verhalten einfach nur schäbig.
Diese Marke wird bei mir definitiv nicht im Parfumschrank landen. Es gibt ja noch andere Nischendüfte.

So glad I gave Parfums de Marly a try!
I received my very first perfume from Parfums de Marly and I'm already in love with the scent. The perfume arrived with a personalized message from my husband and the gift box made me feel so special! I'll keep the bottle as memory sake, plus it's beautiful!
I chose Delina La Rosee and it's fresh rose scent is lovely. I have purchased a couple of Louis Vuitton perfumes over the past couple of years and will not buy from them again as they have changed their perfume buying policy-they will not give out samples to try- you have purchase the full bottle & receive a sample with it. They expect you to use the sample and if you don't like it, to return the purchased bottle unopened. How's that for customer service? Why would I buy perfume without ever trying a sample? Crazy! So I have moved on and I'm so happy to give Parfums de Marly a try. Not only did I try 2 samples before I decided to buy a bottle, they sent me several samples and a Thank you gift with purchase. I'm delighted with the perfume and will try their other scents as well.
