Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from Parfums de Marly. My original order unfortunately got lost, but their team stayed in contact with me the whole time and handled the situation very professionally. They offered me either a refund or a new delivery, and I decided to wait for the replacement. Since the order arrived later than expected, they even added a small surprise gift to my package, which I truly appreciated. This level of care and attention to customers is rare nowadays. I can highly recommend both the company and their amazing perfumes.

Amazing service!
I visited the Covent Garden store on 29th April, as I don’t have a stockist nearby I travelled to London so I could experience all of the scents. I was assisted by the most friendliest and helpful lady, I didn’t ask her name but on my receipt it says Hatico Kirlitas, she was so knowledgeable and really made my visit a great experience. I purchased Valaya exclusif and I’m so pleased with it. An amazing store with lovely staff. Please pass on my thanks (and also thanks for her recommendation for a good matcha shop!) I will definitely be returning!

However, their customer service was absolutely excellent — they responded quickly, handled the situation very professionally, and immediately arranged to send a replacement.

No response for weeks
I've received a refund finally, thank you!
I've ordered from Parfums De Marly almost a month ago, the parfume came with a small hair crack. I sent photos for proof and then requested to return it. They gave me a return label and parfume delivered back to them a few weeks back.
After that they completely stopped responding to every email I sent. No matter what I did, they ignored.
I absolutely feel scammed as I'm out of my money and I also don't even have the perfume I ordered. Next step will be filing a chargeback and if that doesn't work it's FTC or small claims court. Totally unacceptable.

Ordered a perfumed lotion. The wrong one arrived. It was completely UNOPENED and they refused to accept an exchange. NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTION. Massive red flag. This is a premium price point these days and they don’t care to provide basic customer service. What an ordeal and waste of money. Totally unreasonable. Not worth it when there are so many other competitors.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever, don’t expect items to be dispatched quickly, or order for your wife’s birthday a week before, useless! They printed the label the day I ordered…. and it has sat there ever since, no communication whatsoever. Don’t order from them! If I could give zero stars I would. Smells of pretentious pratts who don’t give a monkeys about clients.

Sorted all my problems within hours, once readily available. It did take a while to get in contact consistently as I was having numerous issues however once they were there to help, any problem I had, they had an answer. Also amazing perfumes.

Over-the-top customer service. I bought a perfume and wanted a couple of samples for my wife to try aside from the complimentary perfumes that comes with it. The package had already been shipped, but they still sent the two sample perfumes in a separate package for free. FedEx 2-Day delivery.
