Initial great boutique experience turned Horrible by Brand’s online customer service
I had an excellent time buying a bottle of Carius in the Vegas boutique. The sales woman was attentive and wonderful. After smelling many fragrances, I found a scent I liked.
When I returned home on the first use realized I was allergic to this parfum. The allergy is mild, but near instant. And I would prefer to not walk around with a runny nose all day because of a scent. Prior to purchase, I was smelling many fragrances and could not tell if Carius was one to trigger the allergy. In my email to Parfums de Marley I asked for the option to exchange my parfum for another one.
I was sent a form to fill out detailing my health issue and asking for doctor recommendation. I run a business and am opening another location, my time is very limited right now, so I have struggled to get the form filled out and my issue was closed by the company.
Sending out an adverse reaction form is not the right way to treat a customer who buys a $500+ fragrance, shame on you.

Die Lieferung war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe extra mehr als eine Wochen vor Valentinstag bestellt und mir wurde die Lieferung vor Valentinstag versichert. Das Paket kam nie an. Der Kundenservice war freundlich, aber hat mir nicht geholfen. Die geplante Überraschung für Valentinstag wurde ruiniert und die Enttäuschung war groß. Es hätte bestimmt einige zufriedenstellende Lösungen für das Problem gegeben, aber keine davon wurde in Betracht gezogen. Ich kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.

my favorite perfume brand! I love a lot of fragrances especially valaya! Valaya is incredible it smells like bergamot and mandarin with white peach, orange blossom, and musk and it literally lasts for DAYS/WEEKS on clothes crazy!

Solo diré Guaoooooo me encantaron los tonos de los perfumes. Tiene unas tonalidades que los hacen exclusivos. Yo e pasado por varias familias de perfumes.
CK, DG, Paco R y por último Chanel. Sin embargo, esta rama de perfume de Marly tienen algo que no había sentido anteriormente. En especial Castley me cautivó y tiene una durabilidad en la piel de 12 horas comprobado. Aún no he probado los otros pero lo haré. Los recomiendo.
I'll just say Wow! I absolutely loved the scents of these perfumes. They have unique tones that make them truly special. I've tried several perfume lines: CK, DG, Paco R, and finally Chanel. However, this Marly line has something I haven't experienced before. Castley, in particular, captivated me, and it has a proven 12-hour longevity on the skin. I haven't tried the others yet, but I will. I highly recommend them.

Service That Matches the Brand’s Quality
I experienced an issue while trying to order a Discovery Set. The system kept showing an error when selecting the complimentary 5ml, no matter which option I chose.
I contacted customer support, and they handled it very professionally. They explained the situation clearly and arranged for the complimentary 5ml to be sent separately after I received the set.

From Skepticism to Favorite
I usually wear very dry and austere fragrances and tend to gravitate toward scents like Unum Lavs or Styrax Headspace. Out of curiosity and mostly for fun, I tried Valaya and fully expected to dislike it. To my surprise, the exact opposite happened and I ended up absolutely loving the fragrance.
Because of that, I decided to order directly from Parfums de Marly, which also gave me the chance to receive two additional fragrance samples, something I really appreciated.
Due to heavy snow, the delivery was slightly delayed, which meant I had to contact customer support. This turned out to be a very positive experience. Being able to reach them via WhatsApp and receiving a quick, friendly, and helpful response made the situation easy and reassuring.
When the perfume finally arrived, I was also impressed by the beautiful and high quality packaging. Overall, the entire experience felt very positive and I am quite sure I will be shopping there again.

I purchased a perfume discovery set from Parfums de Marly around Christmas. Because of the holiday season, my package was delayed and I became a bit worried. I immediately contacted them via WhatsApp and sent a screenshot of the tracking information, explaining that my package had not arrived yet. I received an instant response and was assured that the issue would be resolved. On December 30th, my package arrived. It was incredibly well prepared and beautifully packaged.
