Their fragrances are out of this world. I don’t like all of them, but I can’t deny the quality.
The reason I’m writing a review is because of how quick they are to dispatch items once you have made your purchase. I’m really happy with it.
Also, I find the idea of giving a discount of the value of the discovery set to anyone who has bought it a great business model, and it’s the reason I purchased my first bottle of PdM.
Will be purchasing more soon.

No way to cancel an order if the wrong perfume is chosen, terrible customer support
My boyfriend ordered a perfume but chose the completely wrong one — not what I wanted at all. The order hadn’t even been shipped yet, so I asked to simply cancel it — which is, frankly, a basic feature available in literally EVERY online store.
When we couldn’t find that option in the account, we contacted support. And let me remind you: we reached out immediately, while the order was still sitting at your warehouse, not even processed.
And the response we received? “We don’t offer order cancellation. Wait until it arrives and then send it back at your own expense.”
So, according to you, the customer should spend an extra €10 just because you can’t be bothered to click a cancellation button? Because you aren’t willing to provide even minimal assistance?
After such “service,” any excitement about your perfumes disappears completely. It’s disappointing when a company that takes money from customers doesn’t provide even the most basic comfort or respect.

At first I wanna say thanks to support center, I did misstake with Adresse delivery and I got very fast help.
Delivery arrived to other country very fast and oh my God, what a beautiful experience it's, Xmas box have magic and lovely Christmas presents included!!! Absolutely love it!
I'm very happy I bought parfum for present directly from the brand not from other shops.

Good comunication
This is the second time I have ordered from them. The last time, I had problems with the package as it arrived damaged. However, I contacted them and received a quic and efficient response. They are resending the items that arrived damaged. The customer service, like the perfumes, is of very high quality.

Missing item
Waited for black friday just in case they would give out discounts. No discounts but there were freebies so i gave in.
Order arrived 3days after, yeah quick shipping but I am missing an item. I ordered a body creme and a valaya exclusif. I received everything (freebies plus body creme) except the most expensive order, the valaya exclusif. E-mailed them everyday, there were days that I have to ask for an update regarding their investigation, or I would not hear anything from them.
They just e-mailed me that they did multi-point check before shipping and all weights are accurate with fedex and that they can't refund or replace the item that is missing. I didn't spend $315 for nothing. There's no way they sent it. I would have to file a dispute if they don't send it.
AVOID ORDERING HERE AT ALL COST. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING EXPENSIVE ONLINE!
I love their scent, but the cost and stress it's giving me right now is not worth it. NEVER AGAIN!!

First order but not the last... 👏🏻
Ordered for the first time, I bought PDM Layton because I plan to have it as my signature scent during cold weather. Last time I tried him on was few months back and I kept thinking about him when it comes to perfumes. I will have to update on longevity of the perfume but first impression is outstanding, it's my type and that's why I want to make him my signature as long it performs well.
Delivery was maybe a little bit slow but I didn't want to take star off simply because when I bought it, there was promotion going, you get some extra testers & gifts. I have to say that as a man, I looked forward to some testers but got impressed even with Snow ball gift because how nice and luxurious it seems, I will definitely use it as decor. Good job PDM.
Negative I can think of: Expensive tester sets, for example "Masculine discovery collection" 5x10ml is 190€, that is a bit too much, doesn't matter how big of a brand you are.
