I love so many PDM fragrances and…
I love so many PDM fragrances and purchased Valaya. It shipped very quickly and I should have received it in a couple of days but had issues with FedEx. The associates at Parfums de Marly were extremely kind in working with me. The packing was excellent and my Valaya arrived intact. I also ordered a discovery set for my husband as a gift and I received samples as well. I will order once he decides. Very responsive and helpful service via email. Great experience overall!

High quality service
Shipping was very quick and the packaging was perfect. Initialy there was a issue with spayer of sample. They were generous enough to replace and sent free gifts also. Their respond in all questions or problem was instant and on point.

In my opinion, Parfums de Marly does not only provide the most sophisticated and dreamy fragrances in the market but also has a great customer service. My order got a little damaged after shipping and Parfums de Marly provided a solution immediately. That’s luxury in my opinion!

Nothing wrong with the company however…
Nothing wrong with the company however the perfumes for me are not fit for purpose.
I bought a discovery set and was also sent 2 samples and not one perfume out of the 8 lasted.
After the initial application some had promise in that they smelled nice but in terms of staying power none stayed.
I was prepared to purchase a bottle of any I liked however not one of the perfumes liked me.
No email received ....

Excellent Customer Service!! A luxury brand that follows through on quality and service. I had missed out on a discount opportunity which I was bummed about. Then a few months later, they reached out to offer it again and I was able to purchase! How many brands can you say will do that? The compliments I get when I wear Parfums de Marly scents are non-stop! Delina Exclusif has become my signature scent now! It's evident the effort they make to provide top-notch, attentive service. I love how diverse their clientele is, they show luxury without excluding anyone, and that means a lot to me! This is something many companies are missing, especially for high end products. A unique & exclusive experience by the Parfums de Marly
I have really enjoyed experiencing the exclusive master class presented by the Parfums de Marly that took place tonight at the boutique rue Saint Honoré.
It was such a pleasure to share a common passion around the niche perfumery but most importantly to know more about the exclusive luxury brand that Parfums de Marly represents. I also really enjoyed discovering all the different perfumes collections and identify together the bestsellers.
Finally, Palatine has won my heart as I really fell in love with this very unique, yet audacious, feminine, and bold scent. I will for sure come back to buy it next time I have the opportunity to pass by the boutique.
Finally, I would like to thank both Kateryna and Emily for their very warm welcome and amazing service, but most importantly for their expertise on perfumes. They made the overall experience memorable!

Excellent service
I visited the Covent Garden store earlier this week and admit I was a little nervous entering the store, given the high end product being sold. I needn’t have been as the customer service was outstanding. Warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgable about the products. I took away some fragrances cards and spent the day deciding which one to purchase. I returned to the store later the same day and was welcomed by Surita who was wonderful. Overall a lovely experience and a fabulous fragrance as well.

Terrible customer service for returns
Terrible customer service regarding returns. Purchased the Pegasus fragrance as a Father’s Day gift, on May 31st. Had to return it once I found out he had already bought it for himself.
After waiting days for them to respond by email with the shipping label, I had to email them again because it said they had received the package, yet had not given me the money back. Then they said it would take another week to get the credit. Never got the money, I had to dispute it with my credit card and now after winning the dispute I got the money back almost 3 months later.
You would think such a high-end brand would not be so difficult about fulfilling returns, especially since I had purchased something else. If you buy from this company, I hope you absolutely love it or it will be a mission to get rid of it.

Frankly rather surprised by some of these negative reviews. In my experience, the service was prompt and generous. I had a package damaged in shipping and a replacement was promptly shipped out.
