I returned my order EU179145 on August 29, 2024. After two weeks, I contacted them for an update. They asked me to wait an additional 10 business days. After those 10 business days passed, they now ask me to wait even longer while they check with the warehouse. It has literally been a month since I returned my order, and I still haven’t received a refund. I am constantly being asked to wait, which is a horrible shopping experience overall.

UPDATE (28th Sep): Customer Service (Alex) is no longer replying to my emails. This website is a complete scam! I have initiated a chargeback with my bank. Stay away from this store!

UPDATE (6th Oct): They reply to my emails once a week or so. It's been 40 days since I shipped the return package, and it was delivered to Pangaia 30 days ago. Without any shame, they still ask me to wait while they check and verify my return, even after all this time. According to Pangaia's return policy, it was supposed to take 10 business days, but they don't follow their own policy. What they’re doing is totally illegal, but they don’t care.

Bought a set from Pangaia. Sweatshirt and shorts. The set was from the same fabric collection so it was meant to match.

The shorts came like a dark blue colour. As I had already ripped the tags off as I was literally about to go out and wear them I couldn’t return the items. Silly of me,

I decided to buy another pair of shorts thinking surely they sent me the wrong colour shorts. I purchased a new pair for next delivery. Again silly of me as the product is so expensive for what it is however I thought I might as-well buy them to have a complete set! The shorts came, again the same blue type colour.

I complained and was told that the dye’s and batch’s vary and return the item if I’m not happy. It is what it is.

Do not buy sets from these Guys they don’t match and their customer service is terrible , Sorry to say. I tried to negotiate. I’m still waiting on a response. They are uninterested.

Ive been with Pangaia for their children clothing since its early days. Outstanding quality products. Just tried to stock up some new colours and couldnt get them delivered to my address. Emailed them and within such a short period of time, a team member named Alex have helped me to get things sorted out. Thank You! Keep the good work and stay COOL, Pangaia ❤️

disgusting store! when I wanted to return an item on the site, the site offered me one option, get my money back for a gift certificate... what? scammers! I wrote to support and they fixed it, but I still haven’t received a refund to the card... You are scammers! refund 365 euros!!!! Order No. 765850

Also like the new points system, specially the fact it accumulated all the points from the previous purchases! Which helped get couple of almost free orders! Great! Also special thanks to Alex for helping with birthday voucher, which again allowed almost 100 eur discount! Wonderful!!! Keep it up guys!

Still waiting for a refund after my return has arrived a MONTH ago. 0 updates from the company. Emails do not go anywhere “We are investigating”. Joke of a company. Do not order !

Very fast return service. I also asked a product question (garment measurements) and it is not that fast.

Felt really cheated if I’m honest. Get an extra 10% in the archive sale so decide to take the plunge, only for that to take me below the free post amount so I then have to pay postage. Which takes up a good portion of the discount. Didn’t bother because of that as it seemed like a bit of a marketing gimmick

Pangaia's clothing is extremely well made and very comfortable. Super easy to wash, and they last years. I also love how they are environmentally conscious with their packaging. And, communicating with their customer service is very easy--they are very friendly!
