Parcel has not not been delivered despite courier for Pangaia claiming it has. Numerous emails sent but still no idea where my parcel is. Poor service. Need to improve communication and efficiency in tracing lost parcels. Definitely request a photo of where the parcel is left. Would not buy from again.

I am concerned about the toxic material so much of our clothing is made of. I needed a sports bra that was non-toxic and gave support. So far, this is the best one I have purchased.
As the owner of many wool clothes that have lasted many years, I initially thought Pangaia clothes looked nice BUT, I ordered some wool tracksuits and once delivered I am disappointed to read that it all says “Dry Clean only”. For an item that I plan to wear frequently this is not very environmental friendly.
Their mission statement says, “Our vision is to inspire and accelerate an Earth Positive Future and our goal is to design an earth positive business model where our products are better for the planet than if they did not exist. Every product we create is born from science and purpose, each solving an environmental problem of the industry.”
Using regular Dry cleaning is NOT eco-friendly. They use a lot of chemicals to clean clothes and they release toxins into the air and water. Finding and paying for specialist green dry cleaners is not easy. This is a major concern for many people because regular dry cleaners are so prevalent in our society. When I emailed the company to raise this concern they said they were looking at other options for the future…... with all of their earth positive statements on their website it began to feel a bit like “greenwashing” to me.
They don’t display the care instructions on the garment description pages so you have no way of knowing if the clothes you like can be hand washed like other wool clothing, or are dry clean only, until it arrives and you read the label. How hard would it be to have the care instructions on the website?

I recently made my second purchase from pangaia. They offered me free shipping and the option to pay the taxes so I wouldn’t have to pay taxes and duty at the door. Unfortunately, they did not add the documentation for the paid COD on the box so I was charged for taxes a second time amounting to almost 3 times the cost I paid pangaia for the taxes at the time of purchase.
I had photo proof that at checkout it said $0 for shipping and the amount they charged me for taxes. There was also a statement directly on the website at checkout that was highlighted in green, which stated that I wouldn’t have to pay local customs (taxes and duty) upon delivery at my door. However, a really mean customer service person refused to admit that the pangaia website at checkout said my taxes and duty were pre-paid, which was the case with my first order, which didn’t result in a second payment for the taxes and duty like this one (which by the way is illegal). I asked to speak to a supervisor but the customer service person continued to refuse to refer me to a supervisor or to resolve the matter.
I won’t be shopping from this company again, which is sad because I have a business and I wanted to work with them in that capacity but I see they do not value the customer experience, so in like manner, I do not believe they would value the business 2 business experience either.
Besides the poor customer service and bad shipping experience (box was torn and there was no return documents in the box), these are truly “unisex clothing” meaning most items are made to fit male bodies well but look bulky on smaller female frames even when they size down to the smallest size (XXS). The clothing is meant to be oversized but oversized clothing should still look flattering on the female frame, which tends to be more curvy. These clothes are not flattering on the female frame.

Absolutely love this brand, the styles and quality of their products are second to none. You can feel the quality in their items from their puffers to cardigans. Most recently I had a pleasant encounter with their customer support team to rectify an issue and they were amazing, responsive, reassuring and solve my issue the same day. Thanks Alex!
On September 21st I received by email a 15% promo code discount I tried to add it in my cart and couldn't so I contacted Pangaia and Alex reply to me telling me that the code is supposed to work...after 2- emails explaining that its still not working, Alex told me to sent him the items that I wanted to purchase and he
will send me an invoice. I did as I was told ...and proceed to pay the invoice. Mind you I specifically asked questions on the free delivery over 335.00 canadian dollard and the taxes and duties. Since on the invoice he sent me i couldnt see the break down for the fees ...Alex replied the standard delivery fee for canada was 148.00 but at the same time on their site its says its free delivery over 335.00 canadian dollard ...Alex also sent me a link for for the dutie and taxes. Wich doesn't say much btw. Since I wanted the items I proceed with my purchase. Fast forward to September 26th since I didn't received any updates on my package I decided to reply to Alex about my concerns and my order status. He send me the link to track my package. So far so good till today Oct 2 when I got home I received a delivery notice from Canada post requesting to pay 142.93 plus taxes wich around 165.00 to claim my package mind you my invoice including everything that I already paid was 492.25 canadian dollard. So I called canada post to trynna get an understanding of that 142.93 plus taxe fee and they explained to me that that specific fee is call a COD "collect on delivery " put by the shipping compagny that Pangaia uses to ship their goods and it's not a taxes or duties...it's really a separate fee that nobody from pangaia told me about. I FOUND IT CRAZY THAT NOT ONLY I ENDED PAYING 148.00 FOR TAXES AND SHIPPING EVEN THO SHIPPING WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR FREE BUT THERES ANOTHER HIDDING 164.00 FEE ...SO FOR 2 HOODIES AND A KID T-SHIRT ILL ENDED UP PAYING A TOTAL 658.00 canadian dollard...ridiculous and when I wrote Alex about the issues he sent me the same stupid link wich said"Canada
Orders to Canada will be subject to customs and duties fees "
So nowhere there's a COD fee mentioned.
If you are from Canada please do not order from there site ...I'm so frustrated...it's a big scam ...Canada can definitely return the package and I'm gonna call my bank to let them know about my issues... I hate when you 1st trying a compagny and ended up getting SCAMMED...never again
I bought the DNA sweater a month ago and was so in love that I decided to invest in a matching set. I took time to choose, and made the order. A week later I was notified that the pants were sold out. I emailed immediately to try and cancel my order and they gave me refund instructions. The same day I tried to cancel through their site but it didn’t work so I tried to cancel via email and they told me it was too late and the package was already on its way.
Shipping to me Canada is $100 so now I am getting one sweater without a matching set as I had hoped.
Their team tried to help but the whole process is quite tedious, and it was unfortunate that in the end I’m not receiving what I had ordered.
Great choices, positive ethical brand, reasonable pricing. The clothing is hard wearing, washes brilliantly and is comfortable.
Grant was very responsive, helpful and did a great job. We were so grateful for our positive experience.
