One World Travels & Tours Omdömen

I booked a holiday to Thailand yesterday and I cannot thank Richard enough, from the beginning to the end of the process it was so easy. Richard was always there ready to answer any queries and make amendments to our itinerary. He made things so easy by enabling us to use WhatsApp. Well done Richard.
I gave 4* for only one reason that being we don’t travel until November but if all goes well it will be a 5* and we look forward to contacting Richard once again.

Incredible service One Word Travels

Richard was amazing from start to finish. He gave us a very competitive quote which included everything we asked for. He was diligent and professional throughout. Highly recommend and would use him again.

Thank you Mam Christly for assisting my inquiries..🙂🙂🙂

Richard was very patient with all of our questions and requests. He wasn’t pushy at all and left us alone whilst we made up our mind. He was professional and very knowledgable. We are very happy with our Thailand itinerary. Thanks again Richard!

Thanks to Liane for assisting my inquiry, she was fast and attentive to all my requests. Definitely l will use this agency for my future travels. Again thanks Liane for your help.

Great comm…. Reply quickly in whatsup! Mia is fantastic… will use them again!

I got in touch with the company and Grace got back to me. Even though I didn't manage to purchase a ticket she was very helpful and patient with assisting me and answering all my questions. Will definitely be in touch in the future. Thank you Grace.

I requested a cancellation and refund, agreeing to all cancellation costs. For weeks, my calls went unanswered because their numbers do not work, and my emails were completely ignored including a direct cancellation email I sent on June 25th.
Only after I posted an honest review online did they suddenly start responding. Manager Max Brown immediately tried to make excuses, putting false accusations on me and claiming they never received my emails or had any record of my refund request a blatant lie, which I proved to them with saved email logs.
To make matters worse, OWT Group then tried to blackmail me into removing my review before they would process my refund. They explicitly stated that they would only issue my money AFTER I deleted my feedback. Conditioning a consumer refund on removing an honest review is a direct violation of Trustpilot’s guidelines and consumer protection laws.
Save yourself the stress, broken contact numbers, and extortion. DO NOT BOOK WITH OWT GROUP LTD!

I was very contended the way Roselyn explained to me every details of the flight that I’m interested to. Roselyn is trustworthy and honest about everything, and for that I am grateful for her help.
