My father and mother booked a holiday through these and the holiday isn’t going ahead as this company was in a partnership with a different company and split this company owe my parents 2.300 thousand pounds it’s been a day and no reply from emails got through to them with the phone number and said they’ll ring back nobody rang back
The other company have refunded the money which 1.300 thousand pounds but nothing from these

Liane was very helpful in looking for flights and provided me with several good options. She was very responsive and made sure to follow up with me. Although I didn’t end up booking my flight through her, she still took the time to follow up, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!
