So far my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Very good flights and also prices! Bruce was very good, especially as I was quite particular. We got a good deal for 3 nights and managed almost 4 full days!! Great value. Very pleased so far! X

Our holiday to Poland is in 10 days and we are really looking forward to it. I seen the advert from First Class Tours online and I was a little apprehensive at first. My mind was soon put at ease, they were so helpful from the planning of the trip, finding the right hotel and even booking our excursions for us. Thank you so much Bruce Miller for putting up with my endless questions (I worry and overthink constantly) and putting my mind at ease with such quick friendly replies, its very much appreciated.

I found First Class Tours UK on line with a comparison site.
Bruce Miller contacted me via wattsapp and offered me many suggestions about my trip.
He built the trip around the dates and time I wanted and supported me through the process of booking accommodation, flights and any questions I have had.
Bruce had all the answers and checked up on my progression through the flight log on and check in.
I haven't had my trip but feel confident, as a single traveller, that I have been supported and given honest advice through out my booking.

Massive thank you to Bruce for explaining to me about my last advisor leaving the company as panicked over the holiday we booked due to no communication for a while but Bruce was able to relieve my panic and calm the situation professionally and politely. Thank you again for your help, look forward to working with you.

Have not had the actual holiday but Bruce, our advisor did everything he could to help us, especially as I have mobility issues.
He found us a hotel deal hear the actual centre with easy travel links, ground floor accommodation, breakfast included, transfers and a guided tour to Auschwitz and Bergen.
Cannot fault his customer service and organised Special Assistance/Seats together.

If this is a taster of the actual break....can't wait

We booked our holiday with First Class after I saw an advert on Facebook for a 3 night stay.
I asked if they did scottish airports and Bruce got to work on it.
The price he came back with including a tour of auschwitz was better than anything that the big companies were offering. I had to make sure I could get the time off so paid a £5 ' reserve' fee. There was a few options of payments we decided to pay our deposit and pay the rest up which was great!
Our flight tickets were sent to us straight away and once the full payment had been made we were sent confirmation of our hotel and our trip to Auschwitz.
We did not take transfers with this as they advised bolt or uber would be cheaper and I agree we were on £6 to get from airport to hotel and the bolt app was so easy to use. Would highly recommend getting this also.
There was a slight issue that our hotel was changed to a sister hotel by the hotel themselves. It was across street from original hotel and was of same standard if not better.
I contacted first class as didnt know if this would be an issue with the pick up for the tour and Bruce called me straight away and then advised the tour company.
The whole holiday was just brilliant from start to finish and I would highly recommend booking through First Class

Rhea at first class tours has gi ven me the best customer service i felt completley at ease she gave me everything i wanted for my weekend trip to krakow she is a asset to the company i have even booked my second trip to disney paris will be booking all my upcomping trips sevice was really first class thankyou rhea xxx

I clicked on a link on Facebook for this company for a quote to Disneyland Paris. I received a WhatsApp straight away from Rhea asking what my requirements were. Rhea has been so helpful with information and prices and making the booking process so easy. I will definitely be booking through them again.

Just booked Disneyland Paris for February for me and my 3 daughters with Bruce through First Class Tours. Now I had 100 and 1 questions and was very nervous booking something with a company I didn't know but I was very impressed by the service and the quickness of replies. Nothing was too difficult or too much for him to sort and he also had some tips for me to keep costs down. Absolutely fantastic service!
