Regarding the bra, we believe you are referring to the style that has discreet openings at the sides where bra straps can naturally be positioned. These openings are designed to be concealed when worn, so they can be easy to miss at first.

The Perfect Bra! Empriente is the way to go…
It is difficult to find comfortable bras in my size. Empriente makes the best ones that fit so well and comfortably. I don’t squirm or find myself adjusting them throughout the day like I do with many others. They are not cheap! But! They are completely worth the extra money to have them support and fit me, and they are the only bra I will wear now. The fabric is unique, cool and doesn’t show under clothes. The perfect bra! So glad you had my size, and shipping was quick, considering where it came from! Thanks again!😊

As far as we were aware, your order was dispatched back in June. Having checked the tracking information, it appears that the delivery courier was unfortunately unable to deliver your parcel. The tracking also shows that the parcel is now on its way back to us.
Returns from international destinations can sometimes take a little while to make their way back, but please be assured that we will contact you by email shortly to resolve this matter with you as quickly as possible.

I prefer a shop but there is no shop in this town any more so Ouh la la is where I go. I had to return one of my purchases and the refund was made quickly. Another time last year I asked for advice on the phone about different brands and spoke to someone who was brilliantly knowledgeable (not a bot!)
