The product was from Montreal and I like it, used that brand for years. All aspect of the dealing with Ouh La La was very good.
What I wasn’t prepared is that it came from so far, to me it did not make sense because I live near MTL.

The Chantelle bras are good
The Chantelle bras are good - known, quality brand. I’m Ordering from Canada and my package took almost a month to arrive and it was very difficult to track as Canada Post communication with Royal Mail and Ouh La La was not in place. The duty owed upon arrival was $43 so the overall price paid was not competitive

These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are outside of our control, but we appreciate that they can make the overall cost higher than expected.

Great quality.
Quality products (I bought 2 gorgeous bras) at competitive prices, and everything arrived beautifully packaged.
The only slight negative (and it's really minor) was the length of time I had to wait (approx 2 weeks). To be fair, once I emailed the company, querying this, they were very informative (the bras were coming from abroad) but I did feel they could have kept me informed, instead of me having to chase them up.
It wouldn't stop me reordering though. They were super friendly once I'd got in touch. 😀
