What’s happening with my order!
Ordering easy but, communication dire. Used this site twice and experienced lack of communication compared to others. Communicating is so important when buying on line so I feel this must be addressed sooner rather than later. Other than the latter my orders were just fine!

I was measured professionally for the correct size bra and I've been a loyal customer ever since, buying the same size at Ooh LaLa for 10 years. (I thought I was a 38 D but found out I am a 40G which fits perfectly.)

Slow Deliveries and Difficult Returns
Very slow in delivering purchases and the return process is 50 years behind the time, making it difficult to purchase anything as a gift or anything that one is not absolutely certain will fit.

Your order was dispatched within the processing timeframe stated on our website. As this was an international delivery, shipping times can take between 7–21 working days, as outlined in our delivery information. We appreciate that waiting can be frustrating, particularly when purchasing gifts or items where sizing may be uncertain, and we're sorry if the delivery did not meet your expectations.
We are also sorry to hear that you feel our "old fashioned" returns service is too slow. As an independent company, we pride ourselves on providing genuine, personal customer service rather than relying on automated systems or bots to speed up responses. Whilst this can sometimes mean our processes are not as instant as those of much larger retailers, it allows us to give every customer individual attention and support throughout their purchase and return.
