One bra is excellent, the other(supposedly same size) was nearly an inch shorter in length and was too tight. Sent it back and fortunately was refunded immediately.

Six-week wait, but they put it right in the end
I ordered a bra and thong on 17 August. Both items turned out to be out of stock and had to be ordered from European suppliers, so the full order didn't arrive until 29 September, about six weeks in total.
The biggest frustration was communication. I had to email every week for updates, estimated dates kept slipping, and at one point I was told the bra had been sent when the tracking showed it hadn't. It would have been far better to be told up front that the items weren't in stock, and to get updates without having to chase.
To their credit, the staff were polite and apologetic throughout. They offered a £12.40 refund and a 20% discount code for a future order. Both items arrived in good condition and are exactly as described.
Good products and friendly service, but if you need something by a particular date, check it's actually in stock before you order.

We are genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the delay with your order and, in particular, by the lack of proactive communication. We completely understand that having to contact us repeatedly for updates, along with the changing estimated dates and the incorrect information regarding the dispatch of the bra, made the experience more frustrating than it should have been.
You are absolutely right that we should have made it clearer at the time of ordering that the items were not held in stock and would need to be sourced from our European suppliers. We also recognise that we need to improve the way we keep customers updated when supplier timescales change, rather than leaving customers to chase us for information.
We are pleased, however, that our team remained polite and helpful throughout, and that you were happy with the quality and fit of both items once they arrived. We hope the £12.40 refund and 20% discount code went some way towards acknowledging the inconvenience caused.

The quality of the products is very nice. The delicate and feminine designs are absolutely stunning. I'm so pleased with all the items I purchased. I found all the designs to be unique and special. My only recommendation is that the company make it easier to send back returns from the U.S.

After several attempts the bra I wanted…
After several attempts the bra I wanted was finally available to order, which I did, but then I had an email from the Haywards Heath shop to say it was not available again. I rang the shop for advice on alternatives but it suddenly had become available again and the shop quickly ordered it for me and had it sent in time for my holiday.
The frustration of ordering on line was resolved by a person! Please don’t close the shops and still use people not a computer as your customer interface.
