Lovely well made bed
Ordered a super king ottoman bed on 30 August and received bed on 12 September. Bed delivered by two man team (JBS two man deliver ltd) to room of choice; good communication from them and 3 hour time slot given the day before. They were careful taking bed and headboard to bedroom. Bed good quality, easy to assemble. No instructions but had watched the online video. Just had to put on feet (sliders), join two bed bases together and attach headboard. Bed looks lovely and ottoman lift easy to use. Good communication and responded to emails promptly when requesting delivery after 10 September. No issues.

The delivery men were really good ,on time and careful with my property. The ottoman is exactly what I needed and is storing a winter duvet and 2 pillows so very roomy.

I ordered two storage boxes in the same order. Only one turned up.
I had to wait another week for the other one, no explanation given. When this one did turn up it was like second hand tat. Screw holes in the side, dirty material, sharp staples sticking out. I took photos and sent them requesting a replacement.
I have been waiting weeks, no explanation again. Keep getting fobbed off with we are waiting for materials, there is a delay.
Every time they say they will get back to me , they don't. I have had to keep chasing.
I have now asked for a full refund as the item sent is not fit for use and there is no sign of a replacement.
Over a week since they picked up the item and still no sign of a refund! I have had to chase everything. A really bad experience, wish I had never ordered from them!!
So it now nearly two months since all this started. Still no refund.
Now Im told it can take up to 30 days. Every time I ring there is a different reason. Hoping this will end well as is a lot of money I cant afford to loose and I am unable to buy a replacement until I get a refund. So frustrating.
As I said before DO NOT ORDER from them, wasting your time and money!!!

The manufacturer is still working through a backlog, which has unfortunately impacted lead times. While we had hoped to get your replacement out sooner, we understand that this delay.
We’ve now raised a collection request, and the couriers are scheduled to arrange pickup on Monday. Once the item has been collected, we will process your full refund without delay.

The only thing that let this order down…
The only thing that let this order down was the delivery as the driver left me to try and take the item upstairs which he could see I was incapable of doing.

Ottoman bed company great company
The web page is easy to navigate and the pictures gave a good indication of what to expect. The 2 drivers were very polite and helpful and supported us to get the very heavy bed parts upstairs.
Although there were no instructions how to put the bed together which may have been a problem for a novice especially putting the headboard on.
The bed is well made although, the connection to put the two halves together could be better. The solid base make it easier to fill and the sliders are great to help move the bed.
I would recommend the ottoman bed company to friends and will be replacing my old ottaman beds through this company in the future.

Great company to purchase your bed from. Speedy manufacturing and delivery, the people who deliver can put the bed together for you or it can be done yourself easily. The Ottoman arrived fully assembled. Everything was perfect and I love my new bed, it is exactly as I designed it.

Ordered & paid- no answer as to where mu order is
Ordered my ottoman on the 8th August. As of the 23rd August I cannot get hold of the company, and emailing garners a generic AI response (the exact same lengthy apology every time I email to enquire about my order). Have tried phoning but of course they’re not answering. Dreadful customer service and unsure as to whether my ottoman will ever arrive.

We ordered a double classic Ottoman…
After looking at several other sites for an ottoman bed I came across OBS whos beds looked very well made. Ordered a Double Classic Ottoman bed with storage opening at the foot of the bed, it included the headboard and chose the fabric Wool Pewter. Chose the Heritage Mattress. Looking at what other services they offered we paid for the removal of our king size divan, matress and headboard. We was confident in the pictures and information on the site. All was well and received confirmation of my order. We sent an email reply letting them know the bedroom is up a flight of stairs in our house so having two delivery people was important which they stated. Delivery was arranged for 7.30-830am Tuesday12th August. Although it was after 9 am before they arrived that was fine they came from near Manchester. The two young men were excellent and did a great job of removing the old bed and bringing in the new bed etc which came in two half's all wrapped in plastic with a separate wrapped headboard. This surprised us and they were then off to their next delivery.. No assembly ordered? They informed us. We rang the company asking where was this offered on the website or order form options. His reply, This Information Is Not On The Website Or Order Form!! How are we then to know this? We are both in our 70s and I'm disabled. No instructions were provided either on how to put it together etc. We paid £50 to get the bed put together as we were not able to do this. The fact that the bed comes in sections and needs to be fitted together Should be clearly stated along with the details of assembly service. This really let the company down and caused a lot of stress and upset. The bed is very good quality and exactly what we hoped for, the matress looks and feels good quality so far. Please put on your website and orderform how the bed will arrive this is vital for elderly/ disabled people.

Mattress showroom
Had an issue with a mattress we ordered online and rang OBS, the advisor said to go to one of the showrooms and a person called Sohail will help us sort out an exchange of mattresses.
Me and my wife went to the store and Sohail was very friendly and welcoming. He took an hour of his time to talk us through the mattresses that are available and we managed to find the perfect firm mattress. He also threw in a free memory foam pillow for the inconvenience the previous mattress caused.
I would recommend visiting the showroom if you are unsure about the type of mattress you want. I would genuinely recommend the shop to my friends and family. The way my complaint was handled professionally and the exchange took place. They came and delivered the new mattress and took the old one on the SAME DAY! just so we can get a good nights sleep that very day!
Oh, and he also messaged the next night to see if the new mattress was good (it was very good) and so was the pillow!
