Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. Turned up with marks all over it (it’s ivory) chip board exposed inside, dirty inside and marks and the handle wasn’t even attempted to be made properly with the scissor marks and raw marks still visible. It’s a scam, I’ve been trying to get a refund for a week now and to get this monstrosity out of my house.

Of I could give negative stars I would! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The people in the office are absolutely incompetent at there jobs! Avoid this business at all costs! I have been trying to resolve a problem for 3 months now and 3 deli erys of the wrong replacement one no show delivery and a replacement to that was worse then the damaged original. And the problem still not resolvedn

I have contacted the ottoman bed store…
I have contacted the ottoman bed store now for two days to get a resolution for receiving awful delivery & a mattress that definitely is not medium firm support. Megan promised to call me back tonight before she went home to sort this out. But no call back I’m sat here more annoyed now that not only am I being told I will be charged for a courier to collect the mattress but not even the courtesy to call me back when promised. I want a full refund. How can I be charged when the delivery drivers ripped the protective cover & my husband had to help them for 20 mins as they couldn’t lift it up my stairs.

Zanda ottoman storage box
Although it took more time to arrive than stated, customer service was great, my ottoman storage box eventually came, two guys delivered it in the room and it is what I needed. It's sturdy, and holds loads of stuff.

Delivered on time and to schedule but…
Delivered on time and to schedule but poor finish to the under-side of the raised mattress platform (black frame covering sheet poorly fitted and stapled askew. Also, headboard mounting struts very poor quality and finish - one broke whilst adjusting the other. They look like they were made from recycled pallet wood!

Ordered a product over 3 weeks ago still no delivery of product on checking with the store all I get told is there is a back log, they don’t know how long or when the item will be delivered, I wouldn’t mind if they could give an approx idea but nothing, I find this very frustrating when their website says delivery will be within 10 working days.

Last minute notification of delay to delivery
We were given an original delivery date, which was changed at the very last minute. We were contacted regarding the issue but had to wait for it to be resolved before delivery could take place. Having chased up the order, the ottoman finally arrived three weeks later. It appears to be of good quality and the large mattress topper fits the King size box well.
