Ordered a ottomon box for extra storage quick to accept your money but delivery day and nothing no call no update no customer service nothing worst company ive ever had to deal with

Order arrived saturday damaged and mis alligned lid etc sent pictures to them not had nothing back in days now

Where is my bed delivery slot booked 29/10/2025 2pm - 5pm, 6,30pm nothing delivered no call, nothing so not a clue if or when the bed will arrive.

The headboard is extremely good quality and very good value for money. The deliver was very good and quick too.

I am happy with the product.
It was relatively easy to set up.
The delivery was fine, though slightly delayed.

Brought this bed for my son, really good product, easy to assemble. Good service with constant communication throughout regarding order status and delivery.

They were honest with there delivery time scale, they said 7 to 10 days and they were spot on,a rarety now days 👍

Staff via email were very helpful and quick in replying.
Bed was delivered surprisingly quickly and handled with care.
On unwrapping and assembling the bed we were more than impressed with the build quality and finish of the bed, so much so that we are in the process of choosing another ottoman bed for another room.

Absolutely terrible customer service never have i ever regretted using a company as the after sale leaves alot to to be desired ! I got my mattress within a weak of ordering which is the only positive thing I can say about these people, used the mattress i orderd for a week, only to realise it didnt meet my needs and the description on the website didn't do as its supposed to, so ive been contacting them via phone and email profusely only to get fobbed off and told 'we will email u about an exchange' im happy to pay the difference and ive made that clear but these people are something else, I hope you're happy with your lies Ashleigh as it it was you who I spoke to twice and didn't get back to me! Also Megan and Steve who never replied to my emails after making contact, im so angry as im stuck with £342 mattress which hurts my back, apprently its supposed to relieve pain, yeh right!!! Oh and using a well known social media influencer to promote your crappy store was a good one, shes just as bad lying about how brilliant u guys are!

I recommend u avoid this company, save your money and go with the big brands as at least they give u a 200 night trial or money back guarantee and their customer service won't fob u off, u get what u pay for!

UPDATE: after I ordered my replacement a month ago, it took several emails and phone calls, I received my replacement on 26th November (27 days after I placed my order).

Now for the mattress, I feel like someone must have crapped 💩 on it as it absolutely stinks, after spending a total of £450 im left with yet another dud. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, its black friday again and they have that influencer advertising them again, they have no shame on how bad they treat paying customers l.

The bed is nice but the delivery company was a lot to be desired Waited in and no delivery not even a call

Quick and easy from order to delivery, great product very happy

Very poor customer service, dismissive and did not want to hear negative feedback.
Delivery delayed by 3 weeks, on the day due between 10.00 and 1pm arrived at 4.35, no communication re delay tried to call on hold 45mons and never answered emailed delivery company who responded an hour later to say driver was running late

On arrival storage box poor quality with exposed staples and bits of wood or other material under linen making sides not smooth.not as shown on pictures on website.

I ordered a mattress from Ottoman Bed Store on 5th October, My delivery was originally scheduled for Saturday, but on the morning of delivery, their courier DUO informed me that the mattress “did not load in their van” and that I should contact the retailer myself — which I found very unprofessional. Surely, communication between the delivery company and the retailer should happen directly, not through the customer.

I even had to message the delivery driver myself over an hour after the scheduled delivery time to get any update, when out of courtesy, they should have contacted me first.

Since Ottoman Bed Store only operates on weekdays, I couldn’t reach anyone until Tuesday. When I finally got through, a representative named Steve told me that the couriers had confirmed the mattress would be delivered on Friday. However, Friday morning came and I still hadn’t received a timeslot or any confirmation. I called back, and was told they were unable to reach the delivery company and would call me back. It’s now 8pm, I’ve still heard nothing, and their customer service is closed over the weekend.

It has now been over a week since my mattress was meant to be delivered and 2 weeks since the original order was placed, with no resolution, no clear communication, and no accountability from either the delivery company or Ottoman Bed Store.

Bed is beautiful, i got the silver plush looks wonderful. The storage it huge, holds more the i anticipated.

The quality of the matress was better than expected considering it was chosen from an online picture. I can highly recommend the product.

We order a bed and mattress but unfortunately the mattress was not delivered as planned. We had to wait an another week for it. However we are happy with the quality

I spent £850 on an ottoman bed and headboard, and the experience has been nothing short of awful. The headboard I received was very poorly made, with staples clearly visible underneath the fabric, completely unacceptable for the price.

I was told I’d receive a replacement, but I had to chase it up countless times. I was promised call-backs that never happened, and despite repeatedly being told my refund (for changing the headboard to a smaller size) would be processed, I still haven’t received a penny.

Eventually, I was told the replacement headboard would arrive today. I received no delivery text, so I called again and was told my slot was pencilled in for 7am–10am. Megan said she would update me “as soon as possible” — and then went home for the weekend without another word. It’s now 4pm, I’ve waited in all day, and the headboard has still not arrived.

I move house on Monday, so this was a completely wasted day on top of weeks of chasing and disappointment. I still have the original poor-quality headboard, no replacement, and no refund. I’ve completely lost faith in this company and would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Great price, great product, great service

Ottoman bed store was great but their delivery drivers couldn't even let that days customers know that they had started the day 2 hours late. They arrived over 2 hours late at approx 8.35pm but other than to say they had trouble with their van first thing, they didn't want to discuss how inconvenient it was not knowing if the delivery was even going to turn
up. It wouldn't stop me using ottoman bed store again though as their customer service was helpful.

This is an excellent mattress Looks good and feels good. Well packaged. Delivery driver very helpful. I am well pleased . Many thanks.
