#OBS2530- STILL waiting for my refund, very concerned.
Ordered an item- #OBS2530. I cancelled the item straight away as I found another ottoman more suitable elsewhere. Customer service acknowledged my cancellation and said I would be refunded. I've been waiting for 36 days to receive my refund of £200 back. I've sent several emails to chase up, which have all been ignored. Getting quite concerned now and may have to contact my bank and ombudsman.

3-10 days is a false promise
Im still awaiting the mattress ! Delivered base and wrong mattress, contacted same day as now just have a random base which sits in the open position as it needs the mattress to keep the hydrolic system closed. Frustrated seeing they now offering an extra 20% off for new orders. With the 3-10 day promise and i'm now on day 22 with great communication but sadly no sence of urgency. OMG I should have read Trustpilot B4 my purchase, looks like it's a bit of a pattern. Just want a refund for my mattress now ASAP, so I can purchase another, my Grandson has waited long enough now for a sleepover.
Order #OBS2723 my partner is from Yorkshire and if no refund by return, he will be making a visit to your factory to sort this.

Still no mattress after 14 days.
OBS2793. Still no mattress after more than 14 working days.
A customer service called Megan replied me and said they will catch the delivery up for me, but it has been 14 days no clue that the mattress will arrive. I would like to have a full refund and I sent an email to them about this request today. I wish this could be handled well for the refund. I cant afford to lose the £479.
Updated: OBS2793. Ashley, may I ask if you could email me or call me for a reply about whether you have a delivery arrangement soon or you could give me a full refund and how long would the refund take please? I have to plan ahead.

Missing Refund
Initially I thought great they've been really helpful.
Fast forward after the bed had to go back nothing wrong with it I might add. Try getting your money back. Several emails and promises still no sign of payment 7 weeks now and I'm still waiting what a disgrace

Must be fake company in delivery time never trust. Few times call they said next delivery it’s yours all day waiting nobody come and delivery. They give delivery slot 10 morning to 1 pm waiting 5pm still nobody come or nobody even answer. Don’t buy anything

The mattress is exactly what we wanted
The mattress is exactly what we wanted. Really comfortable for larger and smaller people alike. My husband is large and i am petite. Will definately get another one in future for our spare bed. My only issue was that the delivery men would not take it to the room that it was meant to go to only into the house.

I bought a bed and matching ottoman…
I bought a bed and matching ottoman from OBS.
The bed arrived without the box. No real issue, I contacted them and got a different delivery date, however, I stayed home from work to receive my box and it never arrived. I got another date… stayed home…. Nothing g arrived! Finally it arrived but was the wrong colour! I didn’t want to have multiple failed collections and deliveries again so I accepted a compensation amount to keep the wrong colour box.
Except the compensation didn’t arrive!! A month later I started emailing and calling to be told “ we’ll send it today” it still never came! I finally threatened escalation 3 months after my original delivery to be told, we’ll increase the compensation.
Still nothing!!
Finally today I get promised the original amount of compensation, no increased amount, but I wait with bated breath for it to arrive!
In summary the items are not bad, but the service from delivery to after sales is truly terrible!

Delivery great. Superb customer service.
The communication before delivery was superb and the two guys who delivered the bed were so respectful and kind. There were no instructions with the bed which would have been helpful. The covering has a slight rip and the bottom of the Ottoman has scratches which won’t be seen but nevertheless, I know they’re there. The handles to lift the Ottoman have sharp staples all around the opening so I have had to hammer them in to stop them sticking into my fingers when I use the handles.
Update. - I was contacted by Ottoman bed store and the customer service has been superb. They went above and beyond to fix the issues and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you!

Quality Products and Super Value
I was a little sceptical when ordering, having read some other reviews, but my experience ordering two beds with mattresses and headboards was excellent. The quality is very good; the finish and materials are impressive. The ottoman beds are particularly well-made, with boards underneath, unlike others which just have material or the floor. I really love the beds and headboards, and the mattresses are deep and excellent value.
The only small drawback was that I would have preferred a bit more notice of delivery. Although the delivery was booked within the lead times provided, we were only advised the day before. That said, the company was very accommodating when approached and ensured the delivery fit within the timeframe we needed, as we were due to go away that day.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company.
